Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m. including getting out the excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m a) Hard/Dense soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm.in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 metres lift upto 1.5 metre.

Filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors i/c watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggrt 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specific grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centerring,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 c/sand: 3 graded stone agro. 20 mm nominal size.)

R.C.C. work in wall(any thickness),including attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses,fillets,column,pillars,piers,abutments,post and struts etc up to floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3( 1 cement :1.5 course sand: 3graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size)

Providing form works i/c centering and shuttering so as to give a rough finish, shuttering & propping etc height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m & removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete plain concrete work in:-

(a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete…………..

b) Column pillar posts& struts ( square, rectangular or polygonal in plain)

c) Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders, bressumers and lintel not exceeding 1m in depth.

d) Flat surface such as suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like. (i) floor etc upto 200mm thickness.

2nd class (local 1st class) brick work in foundn and plinth in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3c/sand)

Half brick masonry 2nd class (local 1st class) in cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement :3c/sand) in superstructure.

Sub-Head: Wood Work

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position -Leihao wood

P/F 35 mm thick panelled and glazed or panelled or glazed shutters for cupboard i/c black-enamelled or bright finished M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws. Leihao

P/F M.S. sliding bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete with 300 x 16mm.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tower bolts (barrel type) with screws etc. complete…………….

P/F M.S. handles with necessary screws etc. complete.

Sub-Head:-Steel-work

Providing and fixing M.S.hooks and eyes.

P/F M.S. grills of reqd pattern to wooden frames etc. with M.S. flats at reqd spacing and framed all round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws Ornamental grill.

P/F M.S. fan clamps type-I of 16mm dia. and M.S.bar bent to shape during laying i/c hooked ends in RCC slab during laying i/c painting the exposed portion of loop all per std. design complete.

Sub Head: Flooring& Finishes

White glazed tiles 10mm thick in flooring treads or steps & landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement

White glazed tiles 10 mm thick in skirting risers of steps & dado on 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) & jointed with white cement slurry.

Providing and fixing on wall face G.I. Rain water pipe and filling the joints with spun yarn soaked in neat cement slurry and cement mortar 1:2 (1 cem : 2 fine sand). c) 150 mm diameter.

12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster1:3(1 cement : 3 C/sand )

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling 1 : 3 ( 1 cem : 3 fine sand )

Applying one coat of cement pimer of approved quality on wall surface.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved quality on new work( three or more coats) to give an even shade.

Painting (one or more coats) with black japan to give an even shade.

Applying ready mixed priming coat pink primer of approved quality on wood work

Painting two or more coats(excluding priming coat) with superrior ready mixed paint for wood work of approved quality in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Distempering ( two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of appd. quality on new work including priming coat to give an even shade.

P/F 75mm to 60mm moulded hand rails in straight lengths complete in Uningthou wood

P/F 75mm to 60mm Uningthou caps turned to match the hand rails and mitred in I/c hand rails screws and dowels( die of caps to be twiced the width of the rails 75mm x 60 mm)

P/F 25mmx25mm Uningthou wood balusters 25mmx25mm square, wrought fixed with ends housed ( square or sply) to hand rail and treads or string complete.
