Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas for any depth and width including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Backfilling of excavated earth in trench , watering , compacting etc to its original condition.

Road Cutting Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Demolishing dry brick pitching in floors, drains etc. including stacking serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

COATING & WRAPPING: Coating on pipe/ sleeving/bend section of pipeline by owner supplied of Cold applied tape or visco elastic material- 3ply/2ply type tape, primer, putty including wrapping machines as per specifications, application of Cold applied tape as per specifications /directions comprising of following activities/ jobs:- (i) Removing of old coat & wrap with scrappers using wooden/ brass hammers etc. (ii) Cleaning the pipe by sand/ Cu Slag blasting as per Sa 2 or 2 ½ or St 2/st and instructions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in- Charge. (iii) Applying one coat of liquid adhesive fast drying synthetic primer over the cleaned surface with the help of good approved quality bristle type painting brush / spray. (iv) Applying first layer of 3ply cold applied tape(Inner) for corrosion protection on the surface of primed pipe after touch dry with minimum overlap of 50% as recommended by the manufacturer followed by another second layer of 2 ply cold applied tape(outer) coating or as recommended by the manufacturer. (v) Testing of applied coating before backfilling : In case Visco Elastic Coating, OEM procedure for application of Visco Elastic Coating shall be followed. The supply of testing instruments such as UT gauge, Profile Guage, Coating thickness meter, Holiday detector, Peel test instruments etc shall be in scope of contractor.

Casing cutting: Cutting of existing casing on 12 inch and 10" carrier pipe through Grinding/ Gas cutting any suitable safe methodology with all safety precaution including all labour, tools & tackles, equipments, consumables , supervision etc shifting of cut portin to Scrap yard all to complete the Job as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fine river sand and filling in trench at all depth and width to cover the coated pipe including all materials, tools & tackles, man power, labour , machines, consumablesn etc as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dry Brick Pitching with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including all Material, Labours, equipments, tools & Tackles , supervision etc as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

PCC work, 1:2:4 Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete for pipe support, over dyke wall top etc. including mixing, ramming, compacting, curing , the cost of centring & shuttering all complete as per specifications and directions of EIC. in mix 1:2:4 with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Ultrasonic Thickness Survey of Underground Piping including supply of advance Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge alongwith calibration certificate , manpower, equipment, consumable, surface cleanning at test point and all other job necessary for completion of job in all respect lies in vendor scope. One EA stands for one point of measurement. Thickness Testing agency should be approved by Chief Inspector of Factories, Bihar. Report of thickness Survey as per gievn format shall be submitted by Vendor.

Brick Work Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) all Material, Labours, equipments, tools & Tackles , supervision etc as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plaster with floating coat : 12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) all Material, Labours, equipments, tools & Tackles , supervision etc as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sleeve Welding on Process Pipe: Transporting, fabricating and welding of sleeve/(s) as per specification, instruction and direction of Engineer in charge/ Site engineer & transporting the same to the site and fixing/ clamping to sleeves on mainline pipe on pitted area (full encirclement sleeves) and welding of the sleeves as per API 1104 code & ANSI B 31.4-1979 and as per specification mentioned elsewhere in the contract & to the direction of Engineer-in-Charge/ site engineer including supply of all labour, tools & tackles, equipments, consumables etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction and to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge/ Site engineer.
