Taking down existing ceiling fan of any make and size from fan hook, opening / dismantling fan for repair / replacement of unserviceable parts such as ball bearings, bushes, rotor, stator & rewinding of fan motor, capacitor including tightening bolts, nuts, screws, loose connections and re-assembling after necessary repair / replacement of unserviceable parts & greasing, oiling, making fully functional to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge and hanging in same position including testing for required speed and air displacement and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- All defective/ unserviceable parts required for replacement & rewinding of fan motor shall be measured and paid for separetaly under respective items of BOQ.

Supply only ball bearing of required size for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Gun metal bush of existing / required pattern for ceiling fan of size 1200 mm /1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only hanging rod for ceiling fan made out of 600mm long, 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including threading / cutting at both ends with hole and check nuts, bolts, screw etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only hanging rod for ceiling fan made out of 450mm long, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including threading / cutting at both ends with hole and check nuts, bolts, screw etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only capacitor clamp made of PVC of appropriate size and fixing screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only rubber real suitable for 3/8" bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel clamp assembly including steel nut bolt, split pin heavy duty suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only capacitor of 4 mfd capacity, 230 Volts including provision of insulation sleeves ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting and removing the old defective/burnt winding of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep(48"), cleaning the core of the fan motor, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original including replacement of insulating material and using varnish class ‘B’ for insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of copper winding wire and all insulating materials are included in the unit rates of these items and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour for painting to ceiling Fan of any sweep/size/make, checking nut bolts and replace if required, painting the fans (at store yard of AGE E/M or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge) complete including fan body, blades, canopies etc. with synthetic enamel white/Black/Grey paint by spray gun after cleaning all dust / spoil and greasy spots and including using filler for filling cavities. After painting MES No shall be marked with red colour synthetic enamel paint using stencil as per existing number complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 291863/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
