REPAIR/MAINT AND CLEANING OF OH WATER RESERVOIR INCLUDING CONNECTED WORKS AND REPAIR /MAINT OF STREET LIGHT INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE TIMER, LT UG CABLE, JUNCTION BOX AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN TECHNICAL AREA OF AF STN HASIMARA UNDE

M & L for cleaning and sterilization of inside OHT reservoir of capacity 50000 to 70000 gallons through bacterioligical seven stage cleaning treatment by using the following methods:- 1. Draining out the water by using exist valve or high capacity dewatering system. 2. Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10, a laboratory tested branded chemical and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. 3. Fresh water cleaning inside the tank, by high speed jet pump. 4. First bacteria screening decertification by using TERBAC-G5 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. 5. Cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. 6. Second bacteria screening for sterilization by using ultra voilet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. 7. Third bacteria screening for sterilization of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65. Notes :- (i) On completion, sterilization certificate shall be submitted to the Engr- in- charge by the contractor. (ii) Re writing the letters n. exc 25cm high with synthetic enamel paint, white colour or fix a sticker mentioning the date of cleaning as ' TANK CLEANED ON'. (iii) The quoted unit rate shall deem to be inclusive of cost of scafolding required if any, removal of mud, grits & deposits etc upto a distance not exc. 50m from site of work. (iv) All required safety equipments like gumboot, helmets, safety belts, saftey googles, torch etc and necessary insurance for safety of working staff to execute the work shall be the reponsibility of the contractor and quoted rate shall inclusive of all there factors.

Dismantling/taking down of old unserviceable steel ladder of any description, cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for new ladder for OHT of staging up to 18m as per existing specifications with cross arm, bracings, support, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, drilling hole for bolts, bending in any shape and size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) All required safety equipments (gumboot, helmets safety belts, safety googles, torch light, scaffolding etc.) and necessary insurance for safety of working staff to execute the work is responsibility of contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be inclusive of cost of scaffolding tools required at site all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for painting of raising main, distribution washout, pumping/delivery and over flow pipes on OHT pipe dia 150mm by using synthetic enamel paint 1st grade after scrapping/cleaning, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) All required safety equipments (gumboot, helmets safety belts, safety googles, torch light, scaffolding etc.) and necessary insurance for safety of working staff to execute the work is responsibility of contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be inclusive of cost of scaffolding tools required at site all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable street light fittings fittings/flood light of any description, from existing poles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI braket of (any shape/size) from pole and S&F 40mm nominal bore GI pipe brackets made out of medium grade pipe of required length not less than 1.20M consisting of mounting brackets made out of mild steel FI 40x6 mm of required shape (two Nos per GI pipe brackets) duly fitted with 4 Nos mild steel nuts, bolts and washers in walls /poles etc. and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole / stay, or cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 40mm dia conforming to IS of approved colour, complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for horizontal boring under the road (with manual method) below 1mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100mm, with out damaging the existing road, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L galvanized iron tubing 40mm bore (light grade) with all fittings for protection of cables, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down/out unserviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI Pipes, etc of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixed with walls/poles, complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor for 10 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and as directed

All as per ser item No. 14 here in before but 16 Sqmm 4 Core, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 14 here in before but 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of UG cable, removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation and earth work, relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminal for cable of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to pole, main switch, LT Panel etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Pole copping shall be carried out above ground level of existing poles)

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35/45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and as directed.
