SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-127 AND 128 AT SN LINE OF ARMD ENGR REGT UNDER AGE BR-I AT GE JHANSI

Demolition of cement concrete including terrazzo flooring (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles , 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 350 X 250 x 7/450x300x7 mm thick, jointless type, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles with and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for receiving the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Non-skid colour ceramic tile tiles joint free 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 over brushing neat cement slurry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Non-skid colour ceramic tile tiles joint free 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) same as the floor tile on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado over and including 10mm thick CM rendering (backing coat) in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid , bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Kota stone in Step will be placed in single piece with groove lines and nosing at edge.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
