Repairs to the 75 KW Colt Screw Air Compressor of Oxygen Concentrator Plant Skid I installed in District Hospital Ramban. The job involves disconnecting of electric supply, decoupling air compressor and motor, unfastening the air compressor from base frame, suction and delivery network using tools and tackles. The job includes replacement of various items like bush, seal and allied material including servicing, cleaning of the compressor. The job further involves lowering of compressor on base frame, making alignment and leveling, securing with fasteners and coupling thereof, making of electrical connections. Testing the air compressor on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
