Repairs to chair revolving high/low back /chair computer, with arm including taking out the following worn out components without damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable cushion with tapestry cloth/ Rexine of seat & backand replacing the same with new cushion with tapestry cloth/ Rexine including all around PVC lipping as approved by Engir-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable / damaged caster wheel and fixing new caster wheel as per sample approved

Remove unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest matching the old hand rest.

Repairs to Chair writing (MAP) taking out the following worn out components without damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as directed by Engr-in-charge drg No FD/E6/MAP/12

Removing of unserviceable Polyurethane foam and acrylic poly propylene and replacing with new Polyurethane foam shall be 50mm thick with density 50 to 55 KG per Cubic mtr as per approved colour.

Remove unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest matching the old hand rest.

Removing of unserviceable MS tubular frame and replacing with new Cantilever type powder coated MS tubular frame made out of 25mmx10mm section as per existing gauge/size complete all as specified.

Removing of damaged/ unserviceable Newar/canning from Chair Verandha and canning with 4 mm wide cane shall be used, canning shall be Godrej pattern all as per shown in drawing (colour of white / ivory) and all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Drg: FD-256

M&L for painting to the external steel surfaces duly cleaning the old surfaces with emery paper providing one coat of synthetic enamel white paint glossy finish complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 12mm thick ISI mark Plywood BWR grade commerical both face of required size of Charpoy GI pipe. Charpoy shall be tightened before fixing ply all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Drg: FD 220, Make of Plywood : Duroply/Greenply/Anchor/Kitply/ century/Bhutan and ASIS (manufactred by Shirdi Industrial Ltd.

S & F and removing of damaged GI long rails of charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia and to replace the same with new 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly threaded (minimum 10 threads for each ends) IS-1239 all as shown in drawings. Note :- Long rails obtained shall be converted into short rail/leg shall be paid under relevent items.

S&F in repair ISI marked medium GI elbow three way 32 mmcomplet all as specified and directed by Engir-in-Charge.

Tightening of loose charpoy GI pipe complete with all respect and all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing unserviceable legs and replacing with new legs 32x32mm mild steel (16G) complete all as specified.
