Work of improving lake water quality using Bio Remediation method

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The tenderer should have executed in any one financial year, a minimum quantity of The tenderer should have MOU with Bio Remediation product such as Bacillus Bacteria Consortium manufacturing with minimum capacity of 1000 litre PER day production

The Manufacturer should have following documents and approvals ISO 9001:2015 Certificate ISO 45001:2018 Certificate ISO 45001:2015 Certificate Pollution Control Board under Section 25 Pollution Control Board under Section 21 Material Safety Data heet according to Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006 (REACH) According to Regulation (EU) No.2020/878.

The product should have been used in Minimum Five Govt. Works in last five financial years

The Manufacturer should provide a valid Pollution Control Board Certificate Before and after the Bio-Remediation Process

As a Prime Contractor, the tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature such as Bio Remediation work/Restoration and renovation of Lakes/Tanks of value not less than Rs.234.57 lakhs

Bid capacity

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 938.28 lakhs

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.117.28 lakhs(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized / Schedule banks in India for meeting the fund requirement etc.)
