Taking down unserviceable ceiling / exhaust / cabin / wall / air circulator / padestal fans of any type / make / capacity from various locations of AHRR complex by disconnecting the electrical connection and overhauling the same comprising of cleaning the fans to remove sticky dust with cloth or emery paper, oiling, greasing, including replacement of defective parts such as split pins, terminal block, rubber reel, PVC bush, body screws etc, applying one coat of synthetic enemal paint (white/green/gray colour) after prepration of old surfaces, marks MES Nos & AGE E/M RRH using black colour on all types fans and refixing the same in position after repair and testing all as directed. Note- 1. Testing of fans will be carried out in presence of JE E/M/ Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Any parts other than indicated in item shall be measured and paid seperately under repective items here-in-after as supply only, however labour charges for taking down and fixing of these parts (except item catered M&L ) are deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. Contractor ensure to depute the electrician once a day for attending and taking out/down and refixing again duly repaired the any type of fan with in 08 hrs after receiving the complaint.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan mortar of 1200 to 1400mm dia sweep including cutting and removing the old defective/burnt winding wire, cleaning the core of the fan motor, rewinding the fan motor with and including super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate/same gauge using insulating materials, varnishing the core assembly, drying the winding for adequate period to remove the moisture content, strengthening the winding and re-assembling the core including testing to the speed and flow of the fans, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in Charge. Make of winding wire :Devi Dayal / HTP Thulax / Chetak.

M&L for repair of hot food trolley of any shape and size, of broken wheel base, pulling handle, hinges, doors, door supports, chains etc using stainless steel sheet (Gd-304) of min 2.0 mm thickness and SS (Gd-304) brackets, angles, hollow tubes, flats etc of any shape and size with & including SS hinges, screws / fasteners and complete electrical work.etc with and incl all kind of machine works i.e. cutting, SS welding, bending, moulding, grinding, polishing, buffing etc to get the required strength, shape and size, fixed to any position, complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of all kind of SS material i.e. sheet, angle, tube flat etc and all kind of fittings & fixtures i.e. hinges, screws / fasteners etc (except the parts catered herein after as supply only) are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 2. The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. 3. The defective spare parts as catered supply only shall be paid and measured seperately in relevant items here-in after, however labour charges of these items are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the tenderer. 4.
