Restoration/Upkeepment of Lift Irrigation Stations viz: at LIS Chajja and at LIS Kalsian of Distt Rajouri damaged due to flash floods.

Desilting of pump house filled with sand, stones, pebbles& other unwanted materials due to flash floods at LIS Chajja. The job involves clearance of silt, sand, pebbles, wooden blocks and bushes etc. from inside as well as surroundings of the pump house alongwith clearance of approach pathway by engaging manual labour and further disposing of the un wanted materials at a suitable distance using manual labour, hand carts and necessary required tools & tackles. Complete job includes cost on account of labour charges and hire charges of tools & tackles required for the execution of job. Complete Job

Retrieving of the damaged staircase from approx. 150m downstream from LIS Chajja to the river bank with the help of crane as well as by engaging manual labour and chain pulley block. Then dragging of the damaged staircase from the river bank to the site for necessary repairs/ replacement of parts by way of Cutting the damaged parts of the stair case done by welding as well as repairs/fabrication of the damaged parts of M.S. Staircase 15 feet long 2.5 feet wide with working platform [2.5 feet long, 2.5 feet wide] from 40mm dia. M.S Pipe for railing and 40×6mm M.S flat for working platform and MS angle iron 40x40x6mm & M.S channel 100x40x6mm. The staircase to be properly fixed by way of welding of required nos. of M.S supports grouted in earth properly along the side of bank of Nullah and requisite nos. supports for proper clamping of railing on both sides with suitable nos. of M.S. angle iron and M.S. iron flat supports. Job further involves removing of the rust/dirt from the outer surface of the stair case by sanding away with sand papers/steel wire brush, cleaning & making the surface even for painting then applying one coat of primer red oxide & two coats of black bituminous paint. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, charges of crane and other necessary tool and tackles. Dismantling/Servicing of 3 cusec x 55m head horizontal casing pump set coupled with 100 H.P motor, 2 no.s done by way of dismantling of the pumps from the base frames, de-coupling from the motor and suction delivery lines. Dismantling the pump at site for extraction of damaged internal parts P/F of new gland packing, nut bolts, rubber sealings after cleaning the gland bushes and gland plate sets, applying sufficient amount of grease including gland packing to avoid excessive wear and tear, complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. Re-assembling of pump set at site . including cost of material and labour charges etc. Complete Job

Repairs/replacement of parts to the 200mm dia. suction pipes along with allied works damaged due to flash floods at LIS Chajja by way of cutting of M.S flanges from bulged/damaged M.S suction pipes, straightening and making proper alignment of pipes for both pumping units. Providing/fitting of 6no.s M.S flanges 200mm dia. and RI sheets, nuts bolts to suction pipe. Complete job includes cost of material their carriage on mechanical transport and partially on manual head load, carriage and hire charges to and fro of tools and tackles along with welding set and charges for skilled and semi-skilled labour. Job also includes providing of 1no. foot valve 250mm dia. of standard quality at lift irrigation scheme Chajja in place of washed away foot valve and installation with the help of suitable tools and tackles. Complete dismantling of foot valve and replacement of leather washer. Cleaning foot valve properly along with strainers, adjustment to flaps by adjusting and repairing to hinge arrangements. Reassembling the foot valve. It also includes cost of material labour charges and all types of carriages involved and hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job. Installation of foot valve includes dismantling of choked suction pipes and cleaning of mud/silt from pipes using special tools and tackles. Repairs/Servicing of motor of 100H.P 2 nos. by way of opening of side covers with the help of tools & tackles/manual labour and then extraction of rotor. Cleaning the stator and applying two alternate coats of varnish and drying each coat by hot air process. Fitting the rotor and greasing of bearings properly. Fitting the end covers. Fitting the damaged cable ends at motor side and thimbling them properly by P/F of copper thimbles of required size. job includes hire charges of tools & tackles, to and fro, labour charges for skilled/semiskilled labour, mechanical transport charge, cost of material used for execution of job at site. Repairs to the flood damaged 2HP Mono-block priming pumpset installed at LIS Chajja. The job involves dismantling of priming pump unit from the 50mm suction line and 40mm delivery line, extraction of rotor from stator. Extraction of damaged windings and rewinding with copper wire of same size and gauge. Varnishing the stator with (Dr.Beck make) varnish in two coats, drying by hot air process. Providing/fitting of new bearings in place of damaged and greasing properly. Reassembling the motor. Alsorepairs/replacement to the 50mm dia. suction pipe of priming unit by way of cutting and welding works. Providing/ fitting of 1No.control valve in place of damaged valve. Repairs to 100HP Auto transformer starter of unit no.1and 2 installed at LIS Chajja. The job involves disconnecting all the electric connections of starter, Dismantling of the starter at site, washing of all parts by recommended chemicals to decarbonizes the parts due to rust. P/F of new contact points (fixed and moving).Repair to its moving mechanism by P/F of new sleeve. Extraction of damaged ATS coil and repair to them by partial rewinding. Reassembling of the Auto transformer Starter and reinstalling the same at its installed position. Providing/filling of of T.Oil (approx. 50Ltrs. In each) in the starter of unit No.1 and 2. Making all the electrical connections. Complete job shall include head load, cost of material, transportation charges, labour required for execution the job. Repair to 250 KVA voltage stabilizer at LIS Chajja. Job includes disconnecting all the electrical connections from the voltage stabilizer and then opening the top cover and extraction of core assembly from the stabilizer. Draining out of the water mixed T-oil form the stabilizer. Servicing/Varnishing of all the three coils by way of applying varnish to them. P/F of 1 no. rotor switch in place of damaged one. Cleaning of the tank of voltage stabilizer by recommended chemicals ,Lowering the core assembly in it. Filling up with 500 litres of fresh T-oil.
