INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORK Schedule ‘A’ Section - II (Part II)

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to and including GI iron wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, protected by 15mm bore GI medium grade ISI marked pipe upto and including test points. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer 15cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top , 20mm bore GI medium grade ISI marked pipe for watering and including funnel,wire mesh,PCC chamber pit made with PCC(1:3:6) type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M, pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia@75mm C/C both way,MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm, embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR 2009(Part-I) and all as directed. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 meter away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provide in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and earthing strip upto test point from top of the earth plate and further upto the body of electrical equipment shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) Earth testing arrangement should be done by contractor as per direction of Engr-In-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of LED complete fitting including batten and T-8 Retro LED polycarbonate 1 x 20 Watt, appx 4 feet long, environment friendly, including electric connection with using 2 core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.0sqmm from ceiling rose to tube fitting, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications all as directed by Engr -in-Charge:- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 110 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts. (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10 C to plus 45 C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Max 10% (f) IP rating IP- 20. (g) CRCA pre coated housing with two coloured plastic end cap. (h) LED Driver of the make as of the luminire. (j) LED driver should be complete with all protections viz open/short protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacture. (k) Surge protection minimum 2.5 KV. (l) CCT 6500K (m) CRI : Morethan 80. (n) Rated life time : 50000 burning hrs (Average 10 to 12 hrs daily).

(b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts. (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10 C to plus 50 C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Max 10% (f) CRI : morethan 80 and CCT : 5700K. (g) IP rating : IP66. (h) IK rating : Minimum IK 07 (j) Built in potted LED Driver of the make as of the luminaire. (k) LED driver should be complete with all protections viz open/short protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacture. (l) Surge protection 10 KV (inbuilt + extended) (m) Lens - High Efficiency wide angle lens. (n) BIS Approved fixtures and driver. Note for item No.11 to 13 (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case ;- (i) Manfacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (ii)Drop in lumens (or lux at 1meter)below 90% of claimed values of lumens of the LED/luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d)External SPD for street light fittings should preferably be housed within the housing of luminaries.

M&L for fixing street light housing bracket, made out of 1.5 mtr long 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe bended to 120 degree angle at half meter from bottom,including two sets of clamps made out of mild steel flat iron of size 40x5mm, MS bolt , nut and washers for fixing of bracket on wall including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine or by using manual mechnical tools with manpower for inserting pipe of size 40 mm to 100 mm bore dia for proection of LT Cables complete all as specified and as directed..

Sand cushioning, with dry and clean local tibba sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose (ii) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used.)

M&L for factory made busbar box having minimum 50 Amp rated Aluminium busbar, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volt of size not less than 300mm x 300mm x 100mm, fabricated using 2mm MS sheet, duly painted with smoke gray powder coated over a coat of red oxide primer suitable for fixing on wall for making necessary incomming and outgoing connection of electric cables using aluminium lugs all as specified.

Material and labuor for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level and filled with 15cm thick alternate layers of charcoal and salt, connected & including GI earth lead 32x6mm (upto the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron protected by 40mm dia GI Pipe (medium grade) ISI marked. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers of charcoal or coke and common salt in 15cm thick in layers & 15cm of width all aurround of earth plate including 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe ISI marked for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, necessary earth work in any type of soil, Pre-cast RCC cover duly re inforced with 8mm dia TMT Bar @75 mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 12 mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab,cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, Earth Pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggrgate) complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installations, testing and commissioning factory made LT panel board of suitable size out door type (double door both side openable including locking arrangements) 415 volts, dust proof, vermin proof made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated, to accommodate the incoming and outgoing each switch gear shall have be independent opening and having provision for front and rear side opening with double door with hinges including provision of rubber beading and brass cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof, provision of air fins for ventilation, complete with seperate bus bar chamber, panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame four nos leg made from angle of size 50x50x6 mm, leg shall be 750 mm long, 300 mm grouted in blocks of PCC (1;2;4) typr B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 450 mm ground clearance, frame & legs duly spray painted internally & externally with 2 coat of sinthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, internal wiring of panel board with solid conductor copper cable, single core of suitable size, danger notice plate for LT with conventional skull & bones duly rivetted/ pasted to the panel board door, complete including all connections incoming/outgoing all as directed ny Engr-in-charge & comprising of following accessories.
