Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected

Royality on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders as may be modified from time to time

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The Tenderer shall scan Original Workdone certificates / Turnover statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted bythe tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately

All the Work done certificate uploaded should include E-procurement indent number

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents.

Technical Criteria

Capabilities of Vendor

Each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.,2020-21 to 2024-25 Satisfactory completed, at least one similar Borewell drilling with installation of pump motor works of value not less than Rs. 50.00 Lakhs as prime contractor

Work Done Certificate

Each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 Executed in any one year for a continuous period of12months) the following minimum quantities of work, 1) Sinking of borewell-M-3840 2) Submersible Pump Set of 150mm dia suitable 10.00 HP & above -Each-10 3) GI pipe-M-403 4)PVC insulated cable of Flat 3 core - M-4800

Work Done Certificate

Tenderers who meet the other specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is (AxNx1.50 - B) where A,N&B as per tender document
