SITC of A Low Turbulent large volume Jet with 6 Nos. Surrounding nozzles for best performance to achieve the 9 mt. height. Centre Jet is fitted with flow straighter for smooth flow of water. A heavy jet creates single, narrow, white columnar water effect. Nozzles are made of Brass with Chrome Finishing work on surface. Each nozzle shall have Control Valve. GI Pipe and fitting are used to make connection with manifold. Jet fitted on Round shape PUNT of 1800 mm Dia. x 500 mm height. The Punt is the floating platform may be called as large at which the fountain unit shall be placed. It should be made of SS-304 grade Sheet Material and have capacity to make the whole unit floating in the lake. Floating Unit Shall be Complete Finished after Welding, Grinding Work .The PUNT should be filled by poly eurethene foam Sheet to provide strength to the hollow PUNT. The FOAM is light in weight but provide strength after hardening. Unit Shall Have Provision for fixing of lights. Floated platform Shall Have Aluminium Channels frame For Hanging Pump and Filter. Channels are made of Aluminium with 75MM X40MMX 5MM. GI Nut and bolts are used to connect the all unit with Frmae. It shall Have 20ft x 10mm steel wire for locking system. Complete system including Lowring in lake.

Supply and installation of 10 HP submersible monoblock pumpsets of Kirloskar/Pluga/aquatex make fit fine stainless steel mesh cover 4" filter made of GI Angles Frmae including powder coating mountable on suction of fountain pump. The pump set must be on gimble system keep the jet vertical. For launching and retrieving the fountain the pump must be winched up to a horizontal position.

It shall have 1 No main incoming four pole MCB63A, three nos. back up HRC fuse for pump circuit, MNX Contractor, overload relay, Single phase Preventer, Push Button, Indication lamps, Strips wiring, Lighting circuit MCB etc complete in all respect. Designing, Supply, erection. Commissioning and testing of IP68 Protected underwater lighting system manufactured by Premier/wet design/Famous fountains having dynamic colors red, Green, blue shall consist of 9 X 3 W 12V DC Led lamps Mounted on MCPCB comprising high quality water proof luminaries. The Luminaries shall have die cast aluminum alloy helices for strength and totally protected by Powder coating on all surfaces. The wall thickness of Luminaries not less than 5 mm. The wiring shall be reputed make double insulated PVC within copper conductor. The Connection shall be fully water proof. All external nuts, bolts and stands of stainless steel.
