Civil Portion of work : Earthwork in hard soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers each layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc. complete.

Sand filling as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Column footing

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Column Super Structure

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Plinth Beam

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Lintel

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Roof Beam
