Electrification work of Atarra Nagar Palika Parishad Payjal Punargathan Yojana under Full Deposit under EDD Atarra

The work of erection of 11 KV HT/LT Lines & 25/63 KVA Sub-Stations for electrification of 09 No. Tubewells at various places as Jal Sansthan Water Works Campus Ramcharan Ka Purwa Atarra, Atarra Bus Stop Parisar (In South Side), Atarra Bus Stop Parisar (In North Side Near Railway Line), Purani Tahsil Parisar (In South Side Near Main Gate), Purani Tahsil Parisar (In North Side Near Railway Line), Purani Tahsil Parisar (Near West Boundary Wall), Gaurbaba Main Gate (Behind Toilet near Prachin Vidyalaya), Muktidham Water Works Campus Atarra, Muktidham near pond (In East side on Govt. Land) etc. of Atarra Nagar Palika Parishad Payjal Punargathan Yojana under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD, Atarra, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;-

SUPPLY OF FOLLOWING MATERIALS :-

Supply of Stone Pad as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of Cross Arm Holding Clamp with Nuts-bolts & washers as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of Danger Board with clamp & nut-bolts 11 KV as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of MS Top Channel with clamp & nut-bolts 11 KV as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of MS Dropper Channel 100x50x2028 mm. with clamp & nut-bolts as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of MS T-Off Channel with clamp & nut-bolts as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of Guarding Angle with clamps & Nuts-bolts & washers as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of MS Angle 75x75x6x2028 mm. with clamps & Nuts-bolts & washers as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of Dead End Clamp as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of Piercing (PRC) clamp as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of I-Hook as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

Supply of Suspension Clamp as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).

ERECTION WORKS AS FOLLOWING :-

Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre to the respective site of work.

Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work.

Erection & grouting of SP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). All grouting material arranged by contractor at his own cost.

Erection & grouting of DP structure on 11 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). All grouting material arranged by contractor at his own cost.

Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. All grouting material arranged by contractor at his own cost.

Erection & fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel/Dog Conductor on the newly erected pole with complete fitting/fixing of all associated materials as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of LT ABC Cable for erection of new LT Line with complete fitting/fixing of all associated materials as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Erection & fixing of 11 KV Fuse set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & fixing of 11 KV TPMO set with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & fixing of Distribution Box on single pole including with ABC Cable with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Safely installation of 25 KVA Transformers in newly ereted double pole in proper alignment complete work alongwith fitting of all accessories, including the work of its cartage, loading & unloading at the respective ends.

Safely installation of 63 KVA Transformers in newly ereted double pole in proper alignment complete work alongwith fitting of all accessories, including the work of its cartage, loading & unloading at the respective ends.

Erection & Fixing of Danger Board alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Chopping of Tree Branches Coming in the vicinity of the lines during execution of the above works (One Job means each site of work).

Note: Any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 29 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
