Erection and dismantling of overheadline along with all ancillary works for power supply and lighting at Kaniha OCP, Kaniha Area for a period of one year ( 365 days)

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc.as required.Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre required .

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres longstay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mmX 60 cm ), 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation includingexcavation and refilling etc. as required.

Suppling of channel iron 75 mmx40 mmx6mm 7.14 kg per meter cross arm for 2 wire overhead line complete with clamp,bolt&nuts etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins, bolts &nuts etc andpainting with primmer and finish paint as required.

Suppling of channel iron 75 mmx40 mmx6mm 7.14 kg per meter cross arm for 4 wire overhead line complete with clamp,bolt&nuts etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins, bolts &nuts etc and painting with primmer and finish paint as required.

Eraction of angle /channel iron/ cross arm on RCC/PCC/steel tubular/pole etc. as required.

Supply & Erection sackle insulator LV/MV ,100 mm x 110 mm complete with GI spindle with nut & strap etc.

Supply & Erection Pin insulator LV/MV ,100 mm x 80 mm complete with GI spindle with nut etc. as required.

Erection of LV/MV shackle or pin insulators as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm diameter including binding etc.as required.(0.147Kg/Mtr)

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper /aluminium over head conductor ,G.I. wire,cross arms, insulators etc. as required. (4 wire cross arm with clamp and nut bolt-8.50 kg,2 wire cross arm with clamp, nut and bolt-3.2 kg , sackle insulator 300gm,Pin insulator-300 gm ,Stay set wire,eye hook etc LS-4 kg,GI wire-10mtr/kg.)
