M & L for spray painting to AC plants of capacity 3 X 80 TR of following accessories like as compressors, condensers, pumps, motors, panels and pipes with two coat of synthetic enamel high glow paint Ist grade paint after preparation/cleaning of surfaces including write down the MES NO/SM NO complete as specified and directed.

M & L for checking the leakage by vacuum plant for 24 hrs in both low and high side of the system by feeding dry Nitrogen to maintain adequate pressure in the system, plugging the leaks by providing of Teflon tape, sealing of all refrigerant line valves like liquid lines valves/suction/ discharge valves of compressors, gland packing of all angle valves flaring of all AC plant of capacity 3x80 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of Alpha filter from its position and layout at site for refixing after clearing, AHU cooling coil using chemical with brass brush in-order to remove all type of sludge/dust precipitated on the coil without any damage to the copper cooling coil then wash the cooling coil with fresh water and air blower to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Cooling coil drain water shall be clean, if any type obstacle is there in the flow of water, iron body of the AHU inside and outside shall be scrapped down and rubbed out with sand paper then apply one coat primer over a coat of synthetic enamel paint including part of duct portion in the AHU shall be completed upto the satisfactory of Engr-in-Charge for the AHU of EW complex AC plant capacity of 3X80 TR complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for opening of condenser cover of both sides including disconnecting of water pipe line for inlet and outlet of the condenser of each plant. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser and scraping down the sludge precipitated inside the tube. Closing both side of condenser and circulating the descaling solution in all tubes of three condenser of each plant through the circulating pump and allow to hold it for 30 minutes for chemical reaction opening the condenser from both sides and clean with iron rod connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser ensure that descaling process has been complete then closing the condenser at both end and circulating clean water in all the tubes of three condenser of each plant and drain out process to continue till the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, then fixing new gasket for both ends of the three condensers of each plant tighten with new nut end bolt for the Ew complex AC plant 3X80 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for blocking the punctured tubes of 80TR capacity condensers with brass pillet complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Vacuum the system and after maintaining vacuum for 24 hours supply and charging refrigerant gas HCFC 22 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of induction electric motor 100 HP capacity coupled with compressor of any make and size complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge to get same capacity of motor including varnishing and replacement of insulated material and replacement of ball bearing No. 80BC03J30X complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rewinding of induction electric motor 15 HP capacity installed for cooling tower of any make and size complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge to get same capacity of motor including varnishing and replacement of insulated material and replacement of ball bearing No.6201 to 6311 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of induction electric motor 10 HP capacity installed for cooling tower of any make and size complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge to get same capacity of motor including varnishing and replacement of insulated material and replacement of ball bearing No. 6201 to 6311 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rewinding of induction electric motor 2/3 HP capacity of any make and size complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge to get same capacity of motor including varnishing and replacement of insulated material and replacement of ball bearing No. 6201 to 6311 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the inlet & outlet connection of water pipe lines, wiremesh all-around the cooling tower, PVC fins, CT fan and motor, PVC water storage tank and incoming connection of electric supply and other related items all as per site requirement complete all as specififed and directed.

Cleaning the cooling tower by applying wire brush, washing powder and other solvent by removing the deposited impurities such as silt, dust particles mud/ sand inside the dome and around the fins, on wiremesh, main shaft etc and other connected items all as specified and directed.

M&L for servcing of centrifugal / mono block pump set 15 HP, opening the pump and re-fixing the pump shaft and shaft key ways, impeller shaft hole etc., and replacing the defective parts such as key, impeller nut, gland packing, gland nuts and coupling as per existing size including re-fixing the same to the original position and commissioning testing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for servcing of centrifugal / mono block pump set 10 HP, opening the pump and re-fixing the pump shaft and shaft key ways, impeller shaft hole etc., and replacing the defective parts such as key, impeller nut, gland packing, gland nuts and coupling as per existing size including re-fixing the same to the original position and commissioning testing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for servcing of centrifugal / mono block pump set 2/3 HP, opening the pump and re-fixing the pump shaft and shaft key ways, impeller shaft hole etc., and replacing the defective parts such as key, impeller nut, gland packing, gland nuts and coupling as per existing size including re-fixing the same to the original position and commissioning testing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and filling in replacement of ISI marked compressor oil non freezing type N-68 complete all as specified and directed . Make : Servo/Sheetal/Caltex

S & F in replacement of Expansion valve suitable for 80 TR capacity of AC plants as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement of Apha filter of size (as per sample) in AHU of 80 TR complete as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement of and testing complete PCB card suitable for 80 TR capacity of AC plants as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and taking down old, unserviceable, unblanced fan blade with unserviceable broken sprinkler for replaced from top of cooling tower of capacity 3 x 80 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sprinkler of size 5 inch dia on top of fan assembly for erection of fan assembly on cooling tower complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan assembly dia 1500 mm with alignment of fan blade complete as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling and taking down old, unservicable PVC eliminator and PVC fins (honey comb) from cooling tower of capacity 3 x 80 TR complete all as specified and directed .

M & L in replacement of PVC eliminator from cooling tower of capacity 3 X 80 TR as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of PVC fins (honey comb) from cooling tower of capacity 3 X 80 TR as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of ISI marked Ammeter digital squire flush & CT type with CT's and Rotary switch including necessary addition/ alternation of panel including cutting/welding of front side of panel board /feeder to match the existing panel board/feeder taking out of unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

(i) 200 Amps 4 Pole bracking capacity 36 KA

(ii) 250 Amps 4 Pole bracking capacity 36 KA

(iii) 400 Amps 4 Pole bracking capacity 36 KA

Pressure testing for entire system of the following AC plant of all three set of condenser, compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrogen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If any leakage in found or reduction in the scale of pressure shall be located and arrest the leakage immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure are to be taken to stop the leakage permanently for the EW complex AC plant 3X80TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the AHU of capacity 80 TR plant of front filter side removing the coil assembly and filters from AHU and setting aside for reuse and replacement of the base of AHU with angle iron 50 X 50 X 6 mm and using a MS sheet 16 SWG including addition/alteration, welding and fixing the coil assembly at the same complete testing all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of under mentioned spare parts for AC plants for maintenance of repair to compressor. Make: Voltas of capacity 80 TR complete all as pecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor shall submit the purchase vouchers of all parts from authorized VOLTAS service center/provider at the fime of RARs, The Engr-in-Charge shall check and verfify the same before the bill/RAR fwd to GE for payment

Detecting the fault of LT panel board of AC plants of in EW complex by providing skilled tradesman & helper with necessary safety and working equipment such as multimeter, speedometer and other required tools and rectified the defects on top priority basis including replacement of copper wiring of existing size cable and testing of interlocking system complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of for duct insulation 50 mm thick with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, fust, grease and the foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joint are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50mm wide to make the insulation leak proof. (d) M&L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nyln/steel straps of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr complete all as specified.
