Contract Details

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out any type soil all as dircted

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cm

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Supply and laying common burnt clay building bricks sub class "B" designation 75 old size bricks for cable protection

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling cable ducts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site Note : - Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

M&L for servicing/overhauling/repairing of existing defective centrifugal pump of following capacity 60 HP, 3 Phase,415 volts, AC supply and cleaning, oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, oiling/greasing,refixing of serviceable parts in position,balancing, realignment etcreplcement of nut bolt washer where required, welding braging and trasportation to workshop if required, Repair to bearing housing with metling and turning and fixing the same in position and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Booster/centrifugal pump of capacity 60 HP (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts if required shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A` as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.

All as per item No 6 but booster/centrifugal pump of capacity 7.5HP,

Taking out & removing old burnt out windings wire of the booster pump / centrifugal pump/ vertical pump electric motors of capacity 60HP, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply including cleaning the slots with carbon- tetra-chloride solution before rewinding and rewinding of electric motors with existing gauge super enameled copper wire, including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeves insulating varnish etc and any trasportation to workshop if required,and fixing the same in position and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A` as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) The windings of motor including windings wire and connected material is deemed to be included in the quoted rates

S&F flexible rubber coupling of delivery vertcal pipe line of out let of pump set of size 150 mm bore with nut bolt washer etc after diisconnecting and taking out old existing coupling with old nut bolt and washer etc, complete all as directed.

Inspection, tuning, callibration,connecting of cable, rewiring where required from control panel to control switches and other equipment of auto functional system ,detection of fault and rectification, commisioning of main controle panel to make auto functional and testing of complete fire fighting system. Assement of serviceability of all connected equipement of fire fighting system compraising of pump set,motor,pressure tank ,pressure guage ,pressure valve electric controle panel,cable, fire hydrant,hose reel box, vertical duct, controle valves , hoses, rubber reels, syren and measurig equepements to the satisfaction of Eng- in- Charge at DIBER technical area . Minor item like cable upto 1.5 mtr, insulation tape ,marker , lugs ,separater if required will be supply and fixed by contractor, cost of the same is deemed to be included in the item of work.Notes : (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts if required shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A` here in after.(ii) Detail inspection/serviciability report will be submitted by the contractor cost of the same is deemed to be included in the item of work all as directed to the satisfaction of E in Charge .

M&L for repair of old existing out door double door hose box doors, locking system and replacement of both existing broken door glasses with existing size complete with rubber beading and denting/welding including painting with two coat of fire red colour enmel paint all as required at site and directed.

M&L for repair of old existing double door duct doors, locking system, hinges and replacement of both door glasses of existing size complete with rubber beading and denting/welding including painting with two coat of fire red colour enmel paint all as directed to the satisfaction of Engr- in -Charge

Supply and fixing of hose box (cabinet) of size 900x900x600mm indoor type made out of 2mm thick MS Sheet with ceter opening glazed doors (4mm thick clear glass) and locking arrangement including painted with to coats of synthetic enamlled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and the word " FIRE" to painted on box, suitable for housing 2 Nos hose pipe of length 15 mtrs each with branch pipe,nozzle,coupling etc all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable pressure switches supply & fix new Industrial Pressure switch universal type of exesting size complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable pressure switches supply & fix Pressure gauge 4" dia, 0- 14 Kgs rating gauage of exesting size complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable safety relief valve of size 25 mm straight type screwed male end of brass/bronze made and supply & fix new safety release valve of size 25mm of brass/bronze complete with testing and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable ampmeter and supply & fix new digital Amp meter three phase bright LED display 4 digits square type complete with nut bolt and testing and commisioning all as directed. Make Schneider Cat 300461and equivalent

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable voltmeter supply & fix new anolog volt meter three phase bright 0 to 500 V, square type complete with nut bolt and testing and commisioning all as directed. Make AE and equvalent

Taking out existing defective CI butterfly valve of size 80 mm bore and supply & fix new CI butterfly valves of 80 mm bore incl replacement of rubber gasket, nut and bolt etc. all as directed.

Taking out existing defective CI butterfly valve of size 100 mm bore and supply & fix new CI butterfly valves of 100 mm bore incl replacement of rubber gasket, nut and bolt etc. all as directed.

Taking out existing defective stand post hydrants landing valves single control of size 63/65 mm bore and supply & fix new fire hydrant landing valves single control of size 63/ 65 mm bore incl replacement of rubber gasket,etc. all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable LT UG cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core of any description and in any position complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts size 16 sqmm, 4 core . complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable LT UG cable of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core of any description and in any position complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts size 25 sqmm, 3.5 core . complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25 X 4 mm as earth lead in 40 mm dia GI light grade protection pipe including charcoal, salt, bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Supply and install Four Zone Fire Alarm control panel as required at site MakeAgni as persample or other equivallant and as directed directed.
