Earth work in excavation of canals having full supply discharge between 28 cumecs (1000 cusecs) and 8.5 cumecs (300 cusecs) in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) including clod breaking laying earth in bank in layers of 225mm and rough dressing with initial lead of 15 M. and lift of 1.5 M. as per approved design, specification and direction of E/I. Providing coarse clean local sand in filling infoundation trenches including ramming watering royalty and other taxes complete job as per specification and direciton of E/I. (7.1.37)

Earthwork in filling foundation trenches and back filling of structures in layer not exceeding 150 mm.thick well watered, rammed and fully compacted and finely dressed with suitable earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches and placed in a suitable profile within a lead of 30M and lift of 1.5M complete job, as per specification and direction of E/I. (S/R item no.7.1.31)

E/W in flood embankment, canal banks as well as special repair of embankment in canal bank in grade A & B types of soil (vide soil -A and B) in proper profile excavation by hydraulic m/c and carriage by tipper truck obtained from borrow ared or any other sources free from logs, roots, or any other ingredients with all lifts including breakig clods to maximum 60 mm size, placing earth in layers not exceeding 225 mm thick all complete as per specification & direction of E/I. (As per TEC letter No. 587 Dated 22-09-06) ( lead beyond 150 m upto 500 m)-7.1.26.1)

Earthwork in filling in canal banks (canal discharge upto 28 cumecs), as well as special repair of canal banks in ordinary soil -do- with initial lead of 1.5M and lift of 1.5M -do- as per specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement sectional measurement shall be of compacted earth).-7.1.25)

Labour for rolling and compacting the earth in layers of 225mm thick at O.M.C. by sheep foot roller driven by tractor to achieve minimum 95% of maximum dry density, including sprinkling the required quantity of water, making arrangement for supply and carriage of water with all leads and lifts, finishing the surface as per plan and drawing, including hire charge of compaction machine and other tools and plants etc. for lined canal all complete as per specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement-sectional measurement of compacted earth). (S/R item no.7.1.39)

Watering and consolidation of earth laid in 150mm to 225mm layers by manual labour with C.I.hammer to achieve minimum 85% of maximum dry density including supply of water and necessary tools and plants with all leads and lifts all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. (S/R item no.7.1.38)

Providing Mild Steel Angle iron angle 50x50x6 mm as per specification and direction of E.I. [M-195 B(i)]

Providing, fitting and fixing mild steel railing complete as per drawing and Technical Specification RCD SOR 14.08 @RS 3641.50/m

Earthwork in lip cutting in side slopes and bed of canal in ordinary soil with initial lead of 30 M and lift of 1.5M. including the cost of formation of sub grade of -do- complete as per approved design, specification and direction of E/I. ( WRD SOR 7.1.21 )

Providing and placing sand filter free from clay and other organic materials 9 F.M. 2.5 to 3.0 ) in slope and bed of the canal , below lining including the cost of watering compaction royalty and other taxes as per specification and direction of E/I. ( Where depth of cutting is more than 6 M { 20 ft } ( WRD SOR 7.2.8 )

Supplying and labour charge for laying and fixing LDPE film below bed and curvature including carriage up to work site all complete as per direction of E/I. (M-413)

Supplying hessian cloth ( 0.3 kg /m2 cot) including labour charges in slope below lining all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I . ( M-268)

Providing 100mm thick P.C.C. lining in M- 150 with nominal mix of (1:2:4) with well graded stone chips (20mm and down) and coarse sand of approved quality of required F.M. (2.5 to 3.0) in side and bottom curved portion of the canal in panel with construction joined including cost of form work and its removal, curing, roylty and all other taxes, complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.
