SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROADS OF OTM ACCN AND CERTAIN UNIT AREA UNDER GE DIPATOLI

Repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming ( incl supply of road metal ) omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with paving bitumen VG-10 with 4% binder content by weight of total mix with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing the black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm, complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L for bituminus premixed asphaltic semidansed conc, 40mm consolidated thickness, with 5.50% binder content (paving bitumen, any penetration ) by weight of total mix , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 1.50mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and line n exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions omplete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs solar stud/ cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V / 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work removal of same to exceeding 1 Km but not exceeding 1.5 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level omplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar including coping etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete and packing of post etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash Old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 nominal mix using 20 mm graded aggregate for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork rough finished flat surfaces of concrete to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 nominal mix using 20 mm graded aggregate for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 nominal mix using 20mm graded aggregate for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats,treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs, flat such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L , PCC (1:2:4), type B-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerb, surface channel of drain or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips omplete all as specified and directed.

Ditto, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) with using WPC (WPC shall be measured seperetly)on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly platered surfaces and applying tree caot of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
