COMPREHENSIVE MAINT B/R AND E/M WORKS OF CERTAIN MD ACCN IN ZONE C AREA AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm thick,1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), of size 300mm x 100mm x 200mm and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls ,beams and columns in floors,roofs,landings, kitchen slabs etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.)

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, lintels, shelves etc, and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc, and making good on brick walls, cutting not exc. 10 cm in girth complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16-18 mm thick granite (Z Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, counter basins and like laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Granite to be used in treads shall be one piece with nosing at front and cutting two grooves along with nosing. Exposed edges to be made half round. Colour shall be of Lakha red, flamed granite or telephonic black as approved.)

M&L for rough finished flat formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and similar work not exc. 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) work as rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough finished flat Form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls floor and roofs not exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or slopping and similar work work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm Wide rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 2nd class Hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails sectional area exc 13 but not exc. 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints including making rebate for fixing second shutter as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick Second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass/gauze etc. conforming to IS 1003 Pt-I & II : size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, section 8, clause 8.24 (b) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated (Size of stiles 75 mm wide) complete all as specified and directed.
