Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
Removal of existing chainlink mesh of height 1.50m welded in MS angle frame work including cutting of vertical MS pipes embedded in cement concrete. The panels of the chainlink mesh to be separated is 3.00mx1.50m approximate. All the nut & bolts shall be removed carefully. All the MS pipes, angles and chainlink mesh panels shall be removed carefully including cutting the sections wherever required, using gas cutting/ welding machine wherever necessary. All the dismantled materials / panels shall be stacked carefully without causing any damage, at the desired location shown by Engg-in -charge at a lead within 50m. All complete and as per the directions of Engg-in- charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account.
Transportation of weldmesh panels of 3.00mx1.5m size about 20 nos from RTTC compound, Gachibowli to BSNL tower site at Bahadurpura lead about 20 km including loading, unloading and stacking at site as directed.
Fixing available chainlink/weldmesh panels of height 1.50m welded in MS angle frame work. The available MS pipes, angles and chainlink mesh panels shall be shifted/transported from the stacked place to the place of work uptoalead of 50m. The MS vertical pipes shall be fixed with Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( the cement concrete quantity executed shall be paid separately). New MS angles of required size and length shall be welded to the existing MS pipes (the new MS angle will be paid separately) . The chainlink/weld mesh panels shall be fixed to the MS vertical pipes by using existing/new nut & bolts (the new nut & bolts used for fixing shall be paid under relavant item). The chainlink mesh panels shall also be welded to the MS vertical pipes wherever necessary. The work shall be carriedout so that the entire chainlink mesh fencing shall look
uniform without any loose/sag chain link mesh panels. All complete and as per the directions of Engg-in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
Supplying and filling with moorum in trenches , sides of foundations plinth and under floor and levelling of site in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth consolidation each deposited layer by watering , ramming etc. complete.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :
1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in:
Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :
Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Refixing of existing MS gates of size 2X1.82X2.00 meters height each
12 mm cement plaster of mix :
1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :
1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) :
Raised and cut pointing
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:
Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
Transportation of MS Gates of 2X1.82x2.00m height from BSNL Bhavan ,Adharshnagar,compound to BSNL tower site at Bahadurpura lead about 20 km including loading, unloading and stacking at site as directed.
