Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Disconnecting the motor of 25 HP capacity by delinking the pump set, transporting to workshop, opening the motor, removing the unserviceable /burnt windings from the motor stator, cleaning the stator slots with petrol, rewinding with existing size of copper winding wire,insulating it, re-assembling trasporting to site, fixing on foundation,re - connecting the motor and testing at load to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. NOTES:- (i) Transportation and necessary T&P for shifiting the motor to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the quote rates.
