   1] Full/Bulk quantity of this item is reserved to procure from BIS approved sources or their authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers only for the tendered IS specification i.e. IS:1879:2010 (Rev. 3), Amend. No. 5 of March 2017 or Latest, & IS specification i.e. IS: 4759:1996 (Rev. 3 ), Amend. No. 1 of May 2002 or Latest., having satisfactory past performance of supplying same or similar item (similar item means items with same/equivalent drawing/specifications in different ratings and size) in Railway or any Govt. Organization (in the last three financial year plus the current financial year). OEM or authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers are requested to intimate Make/Brand, Cat. No. of their offered product and should upload detailed technical literature/leaflet of the same otherwise the offer shall be liable to be ignored. Item wise Make/Brand HSN code, OEM-s name and address must be mentioned in their offer. For proof of supply to other Railways/PSU's a copy of the Purchase Order along with copy of receipted challan, inspection certificate, R-Note, CRN for the same or similar items for the quoted make/equivalent must be uploaded. Purchase order shall not be considered as performance until Railway get confirmation of supply against attached PO. If firm failed to upload/attach the said documents then the offer will summarily be rejected. No back reference will be made in this regard. 2] Procurement of this item will strictly be made for ISI marked product only. Tenderer to upload valid BIS license of OEM for IS:1879:2010 (Rev. 3), Amend. No. 5 of March 2017 or Latest & IS specification i.e. IS: 4759:1996 (Rev. 3 ), Amend. No. 1 of May 2002 or Latest., to conform ISI Mark or else offer will not be considered as valid offer and summarily be rejected. 3] The Authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers must upload tender specific authorization in proper format preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached with the tender failing of which their offer will not be considered as valid offer and summarily be rejected. No back reference will be entertained.
