Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of shade—New work (Two or more coats applied @3.28ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10 sqm.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give even shade: New work (Two or coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineer- in- charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/e equivalent design mix)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete40 mm thick with 20mmnominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shade expect burgundy, bottle green, black any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting , risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Painting on G.S sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but Excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using Structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, Brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall wherever required : Size 450x300x150 mm

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panels
