Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (to be cleared 2 time from Sep'22 to Mar'23 as due to heavy rainfall thick jungle grows very soon)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Provision for flat brick soling with common burnt clay non modular bricks including filling joints with local sand.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level:Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement – All work up to plinth level ::1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).

"Centering and shuttering Including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers."

Steel Work welded in built up section/frame work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. in grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

"Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners,stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steelmembers shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Provision for fixing of signage on steel plate.

Provision for gazebo of octagonal shape,single roof (MS post and truss with bamboo locally available straw/thatch ), PCC flooring with bamboo chair (Height: 13 ft, Minimum Area=160 sq ft) as per direction ofengineer in charge.(Details to be submitted before execution of work)

Renewing lime concrete in (1:2:4) of lime surkhi and brick aggregate mixing with organic material including beating up to 7 days to the floor and roof after removal of dead decomposed and deteriorated lime concrete Materials for (9.07 cum) :-
