Supply, installation, connecting electrically, testing & commissioning Power Transformer 8 MVA, HT 33 KV 3 Phase 50 HZ , LT 11 KV, 3 Phase 50 HZ step down,outdoor type platform mounting with ONAN' type cooling with external cooling tubes/radiators, Delta/star connected, vector group DYN-11 double copper wound with auto manual type on load tap Changer and other standard fittings/ accessories and 17 position ON Load Tap Changer (OLTC) (Tapping range ± 10% in step of 1.25% each) with remoteTap cubical changer (RTCC) Panel & Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) with vector group Dyn11 complete all as specified and directed and as specified in IS-2026. (a). Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled doubled coppper wound, winding core type, MS radiator cooled tank complete first filling of IS I marked filtered & Dehydrated transformer oil plus 5 % spare oil as per IS 335 of 1980 . The temperature of oil shall not rise more than 50 degree centigrade to ambient temp and 55 degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with two coats of epoxy paint as per IS-632 The transformer shall be complete with all standards fittings and accessories required as per latest specification, gauges. (b). The followings standard accessories shall also be provided:- (i) Rating and diagram plate. (ii).HT Cable Bushing 33 KV Rating. (iii).LT Cable Bushing 11 KV Rating. (iv) Buchholz Relay ( having contacts for alarm & trip). (v) OTI ( having contacts for alarm & trip). (vi) WTI ( having contacts for alarm & trip). (vii). Earthing terminals 2 No. (viii). Lifting lugs. (ix). Thermostat for sensing oil temperature and winding temperature including wiring from sensors to OTI and WTI.
(x). Air release hole with plug. (xi). ON Load Tap Changer (OLTC) (Tapping range ± 10% in step of 1.25% each) with remoteTap cubical changer (RTCC) Panel & Automatic voltage regulator (AVR). (xii )Breather assembly with silica gel. (xiii) Control & Relay Panel for Power Transformer. (xiii) Transformer platform of suitable size and specification as per manufacturer design.
Supply, installation, connecting electrically of 33 KV, single phase, out door oil cooled CT of ratio 300/150-75/5-5 Amp, class 0.5 and SP 15 burden 15 VA with initial filling of oil, including CT clamp connector for ACSR Panther conductor, mounting nuts bolts and washers of suitable size required on site ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, installation, connecting electrically of 33 KV single phase out door oil cooled PT of ratio 33KV/rt3/110V/rt3 , Class 0.5-3, Burden 50 VA – 50 VA with initial filling of oil, including PT clamp connector for ACSR Panther conductor, mounting nuts bolts and washers of suitable size required on site ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing for HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators and with earth switch upto 200/400 Amps and including mounting arrangement on Gantory Beam/Lattice structure with welding , nut bolting connecting electrically with isolator clamps suitable for panther ACSR conductor ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, fabricating and testing in position in hot dip galvanised steel structure , gantries for mounting busbar , various equipment such as circuit breakers, disconnecting switches, instrument transformers, lightning arrestor, post insulators and accessories etc at suitable height to match with height of circuit breakers, transformers etc and allowing minimum safe distance/height as per IE rules/IS standard out of MS channel angle rolled steel (Joists) MS flat nut bolt washer etc upto 15metres height complete all as specified :- (i) Gantry and tower required shall be designed fabricated and suppplied as a part of this item & work covered by this specification to make the installation to complete in all respect. (ii) The structure shall be of lattice type structure fabricated from rolled mild steel hot-dip galvanized sections. All joints will be with nut bolts only. (iii)The finished surface shall be clean smooth and shall be free from defects like discolored patches bad spots blistered surface flanking or peeled of zinc, spiky deposit of zinc etc. (iv) Steel members bolts nuts , fitings shall be hot dip galvanized except spring washer which shall be electro galvanized. (v) Detailed drawings of 33/11 KV switchyard including line diagram of control room and panel alongwith design calculation dully vetted from faculty member/ M.Tech in Power Engg. and faculty of Civil Engg (master in structural Engg.) of any NIT or IIT has to be submitted for approval of GE Satwari before start of work for this item, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.
Supply and fixing for Post Insulators porcelain type brown colour uses for transmission bus bar for 33 KV electric supply ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, fabricating & fixing Galvainised flat iron earthing mat by welding the Galvainised flat iron strip of size 75m x8mm each other and with the earting electrode strip, including welding. Earthing net also to be welded with exsting earthing mat in 33 KV Sub Station. Note:- Earthing required for connecting with the earting mat to measured and paid separately required on site ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, installation, connecting electrically of Out door type 11 KV, 630 Amp, 26.3 KA Load Break Switch with fuse Trip, earth switch, dynamic mimic arrangement, 230 Volts AC Shunt Trip coil and 2 NO + 2 NC auxilliary contacts 50 HZ Three phase break switch with earth switch alongwith all accessories :- (a) 11 KV HT HRC Fuse rating 120 Amps. (b) LBS ON/OFF indication, Control wiring with appropriate colours. ( c) Space heaters with ON/OFF switch and thermostat, and Fuse for AC control. (d) MS sheet enclosure suitable for outdoor type installation with MS Base channel duly powder coated , including provision for incoming and out going cable box. (e) Main Busbar of size 50mm X 12mm and Earth Bus of size 40mm X 6mm. (f) 01 metre height plateform from GL lavel of suitable size and specification & design.

(b) Cassette mounted vacuum circuit breaker as per IEC 62271-100. Vacuum circuit breaker should have three no. resin encapsulated vacuum bottles of the same manufacturer as of circuit breaker. (c) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge. (d) Inter panel epoxy barrier to restrict arc propagation from one panel to other. (e) Cast resin Current transformer 11KV ,200-100/1-1A, Core1: 0.5, 15VA, Core2: 5P10, 15VA. (f) Accessories like local/remote switch, breaker control switch(T-N-C), space heater with thermostat, DC & AC control circuit through MCB, indicating Lamps for RYB, Spring charge, DC supply healthy, breaker ON/OFF, breaker in SERVICE/TEST (g) Multifunction meter with RS485 port model no. EM6400 of CONSERV
(h) Digital Ammeter, master trip relay and anti pumping relay. ( j) Comprehensive numerical protection relay with IEC 61850 compatible for directional and non directional O/C, E/F, U/V,O/V protection type REF 615 of ABB or Equivalent having following additional facilities. (k) Panel shall also have additional facility like: 1. Continuous rated closing and tripping coil. 2. Fully internal arc type tested (18.3 KA for 1 Sec) as per latest IEC 62271-200. 3. Vacuum bottles shall be epoxy encapsulated. 4. Racking in/out, manual closing/tripping of CB with compartment door closed. 5. Breaker shall be provided with following contacts. a. Auxiliary switch with 6NO+6NC mounted on the draw out portion of the switchgear. b. Position switches with 3 NO+1NC contacts for each position in SERVICE and TEST. c. Mechanical operation counter. Note:- This VCB is to be connected with the existing 11 KV VCBs. Rates quoted by the contractor shall includes the cost of item and labour required to connect with the exsting VCBs
