Earth work for side filling & Ramp Earth work and excavation in diversion by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/manual means over area (Exceeding 30cm in depth, and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per New HSR item No. 4.33 @ Rs. 82/-

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: All kinds of soil. Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm. Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables etc. in all kinds of meter soil for depth exceeding 1.5 m, but not exceeding 3 m. (Rate is over corresponding basic item for depth up to 1.5 meter). HSR item No. 4.16.1.3 & 4.17 = 96+3 = 99/-per mtr.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with bricks ballast 40mm nominal size in foundation Nakka/Culverts and plinth, Hoddies complete in all respects as per approved drawing and PWD specifications, as per HSR Item No. 6.1.6 @Rs. 2735/- per cum.

7.62cm thick 1st class brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.50 in foundation and plinth cement mortar 1:5 (One cement: 4 coarse for sand), as per New HSR item No. 7.22.1 + as per note No. 1 of chapter No. 7) +5 as per item No. 14.1 @Rs. 312.12/-

Providing, lowering, laying, cutting (cut surface to be uniformly finished), jointing with rubber rings marked with IS : 5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED RCC, NP2 MARKED WITH IS : 458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depths including carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete is all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer - in -charge. i/d HSR item No. 20.62.8 for 600mm dia @ Rs. 1102/-Mtr.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Nakka/Culvert & Hoddies as per HSR item No. 7.20.1 @Rs. 4341/- per cum

10 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per HSR item no 11.4.2 @ Rs. 96/- per sqm.

10 mm thick cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) inside the W/C & Nakka /Culvert as per HSR item no 11.5 =94/12x10 = Rs. 78.33/-.

Brick work with common burnt clay non modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:3 as HSR item No. 720.1 + item No. 7.8 x 0.22 - item No. 7.9 x 0.22 @ Rs. 4505/-

Extra for brick work in specially moulded brick work in circular work such as wells, shafts, circular sumps, pumps chambers, etc. in which specially moulded or cut-bricks have to be used; but for which no centring or supports are required up to 4.5 metres internal diameter as per HSR item No. 7.65 @Rs. 147/-

Supply, carriage and fixing RCC Panels of requisite size as per approved design drawing & PWD specification 33"x33" inches. thickness in 0.25' of CC 1:3:6 with requested reinforcement as per the discharge of UGPL/Open W/C as per approved design and PWD specifications completed in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply Carriage and fixing of RCC lids Dia 27" as per discharge of UGPL/Open W/C as per PWD specifications completed in all respect.

Providing & fixing steel bar embedded plastic steps of size 263mm x 165mm of orange colour, confirming to specification in pump chambers, manholes etc., having minimum 3mm thick polypropylene polymer confirming to is:10910 encapsulated on 12mm dia ribbed steel bars per IS : 1786. The rate include cost of setting the same to correct lines and levels duly embedded in 1 :2:4 cement concrete including carriage, loading, uploading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc., complete in all respect to the satisfaction as per HSR item No. 21.28 @ Rs. 334/- per each.

Providing & fixing of C.I. Nakka comp in all respect as per current market rate (Alfa wall) as per approved PWD specifications completed in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge @Rs. As per Nos.

Providing & laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded cum as per HSR 6.1.2 @ 3892/- per cum.

Supply carriage and laying of 100 micron polythene under bed lining.

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor four level precast cum reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span up to floor four level, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1 :1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). as per HSR item No. 6.44 @ Rs. 5690/- per cum.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Cold twisted bars as per HSR item No. 6.33.3. @ Rs. 6800/- per Qtl.

Dismantling of brick Masonry HSR item No. 5.7.4 @655.00.
