The board must have a homogenous, core-gap-free structure with a grey base color (or as required), manufactured to a high surface density of 1180 kg/m³. The material shall be Boiling Water Proof (BWP) and Fire Retardant conforming to IS: 5509 standards, termite and borer proof (IPRITI tested), and possess high impact resistance against dents. All hardware, fittings and accessories as per manufacturer's specifications shall be in stainless steel grade 304. Accessories:- Standard accessories include SS hinge, SS door Knob, SS thumb turn indicator, SS coat hook, SS shoe box and SS channels etc all in SS 304. The work includes all necessary cutting, edge chamfering, and drilling. The rate is inclusive of all necessary fixtures required for installation, including door latches, door handles, and standard SS hardware etc. The work shall be executed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
