Maintenance of various Sports Complexes/Golf Courses (A/R M/O of the works at Siri Fort Sports Complex for the year 2026-27).

Dismantling of the existing toughened glass partitions, including all structural supports, aluminum/stainless steel U-channels, patch fittings, and hinges. including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and installation of chage room cubicals of dimension (0.9-1.1m x 1.2m x 1.83m), width of door 0.60-0.70m and bottom clearance of 0.15m with 12mm thick BOILO-BWP FR (Fire Retardant) High-Density Fiberboard (HDF) or equivalent of an approved make (Action / Merino / Century) for partition walls, doors, and pilasters of shower and changing room cubicles. The board must have a homogenous, core-gap-free structure with a grey base color (or as required), manufactured to a high surface density of 1180 kg/m³. The material shall be Boiling Water Proof (BWP) and Fire Retardant conforming to IS: 5509 standards, termite and borer proof (IPRITI tested), and possess high impact resistance against dents. All hardware, fittings and accessories as per manufacturer's specifications shall be in stainless steel grade 304. Accessories:- Standard accessories include SS hinge, SS door Knob, SS thumb turn indicator, SS coat hook, SS shoe box and SS channels etc all in SS 304. The work includes all necessary cutting, edge chamfering, and drilling. The rate is inclusive of all necessary fixtures required for installation, including door latches, door handles, and standard SS hardware etc. The work shall be executed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
