Operation and Maintenance of electrical control room and other installations

Attending operation of electrical control room and installations at Chatham wharf, Meenakshi jetty, old and new vehicle ferry jetty, approach to Chatham causeway etc., Switching 'ON' and 'OFF' all the area lights (assuming the operation daily) including cost of all labour charges, minor T & P GST, LWC etc. but excluding cost of material which will be supplied by the department on free of cost as per site requirement as directed by EIC etc., complete.

Checking all area lights fitted on the lamp posts and on top of the building at chatham wharf, Meenakshi jetty, old & new vehicle ferry jetty, approach to Chatham Causeway etc., and attending repairs and maintenance as and when required in replacement of LED fitting and its accessories etc. checking all the connection including cost of minor T &P, labour charges, GST, LWC but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost as per site requirement as directed by EIC etc., Complete.

Checking all the pillar boxes, lights and fans fitted in the buildings and attending repairs and maintenance as and when required at chatham wharf, Meenakshi jetty, old & new vehicle ferry jetty, approach to Chatham Causeway by replacing the fused LED bulbs, LED tubes, and switches etc. checking all the connections of main switch and busbars in pillar boxes, including cost of minor T & P, labour charges,GST LWC but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost as per site requirement as directed by EIC etc., complete.

Running and maintenance of 125 KVA standby generator set available in Chatham Electrical control room. Switch on the generator set during power failure and restoring power supply to office buildings, Godowns and area lights in Chatham wharf including cost of labour charges ,GST , LWC etc.,but excluding cot of materials POL, Grease, etc which will be supplied by the department on free of cost as per site requirement as directed by EIC .,complete.

Painting of the pillar box and panel board etc., at Chatham wharf complete with one coat primer paint and two coat of synthetic enamal colour paint as per direction of EIC including the cleaning the surface to be painted and labour charges, minor tools, transportation charges, GST, LWC etc., complete, including cost of paint.

EARCUPL Copper earth plate Electrode Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x600mmx 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. including cost of charcol or coke and salt as required,minor tools,labour charges, materials charges GST etc., complete.

Cleaning of the crane track by removing foreign materials which were deposited inside the track and making dirt free as per the requirement of crane movement at Chatham Wharf, Cleaning of electrical control room at Chatham Wharf etc., as and when required as directed by the EIC including cost of labour charges, minor tools, GST , LWC etc complete.
