Supply of GI pipe 100mm dia size ,medium class with GI flange welded in both sides 3 Mtr long provision for submersible cables and strengthening by M.S. strips duly welded with flange min 4 nos of suitable size. make :- Jindal / TATA/ prakash or any other make approved by DJB.

Supply of 100 MM Dia M.S. orifice assembly as per site requirement. Make of pipe :-Jindal / TATA/ prakash or any other make approved by DJB.

Supply of MS clamp of suitable size (min.- 700 mm long) complete with nut and bolts and washers for holding the 100mm dia pipe including bending and shaping etc. as required

Supply of NRV 100mm dia CI double flanges PN1.0 Make:-Kirloskar /IVC/ VAG/ Dorot or any other make approved by DJB.

Supply of CI sluice valve , non rising Spindle, D/F P.N 1.0 of size 100mm Jindal / TATA/ prakash or any other make approved by DJB.

Supply of GI bend 100mm dia 90deg. Double flange. Heavy class Make: - Jindal / TATA/ prakash or any other make approved by DJB.

Supply of 6 mm size steel wire rope Usha/ISI Make to hold the pump

Supply of required off size threaded nut-bolts and washers of good quality

Supply of MS bore cover 4 mm thick suitable for bore size in 2 pieces complete with bolting arrangement angle iron frame and provision of 100mm dia hole in the center.

Supply of pressure gauge ,0-6 Kg/Cm2, complete with socket, bush, fitting etc Make:-H-Guru/Fiebig or any other make approved by DJB.

Supply of G.I tail piece of 100 mm dia. , 0.5 mtr. Long size , medium class pipe complete with one end threaded and other end fitted with G.I. flange heavy and cut for submersible cable. Make : jindal/Parkash/Tata or any other make approved by DJB.

Supply of 100 mm size double flanged mechanical type flowmeter for fixing on delivery pipeline of tubewell. Make: DJB approved

Supply of 20 mm dia Gunmetal Valve with wheel.

Workman ship charges of fixing /erection / installation of E&M equipments, accessories, testing and commissioning of above equipments on load with satisfactory functioning of pumps. The work includes all sundry required item for completion of work with concentric taper ,dismantling joints, rubber gasket, necessary reinforcement , loading unloading , cartage, making good all damages caused during installation and restoring the same to their original finish as required, adequate safety provision. The all sundry items which are useful and necessary for operation of tube well in automation mode shall be deemed to have been included in the scope of work including lowering of submersible pumps along with cable which will be providing by DJB.
