Improvement works by providing plinth for play ground in Perambalur central office premises

Earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton hard red earth, shale, murram, gravel stoney earth, earth mixed with small size boulders (SS20B)

Supplying and filling of M sand in foundation and basement with well watering and consolidation as per specification and as directed by the Board Engineer in charge. including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm HB stone for foundation, flooring, etc., in the following levels as instructed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour, lead lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Brick Work in Cement mortar 1:5 using Chamber burnt bricks of standard size including cost of all materials,labour lead ,lift etc complete.

Plastering the walls with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, etc., complete.

White washing Two coats with white cement including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
