The bidder shall be the manufacturer/Authorized dealer/supplier and shall have proven experience in similar field & supplied similar items to any State Govt. / Central Govt. / Govt. undertakings/reputed organization in India. . In proof of the above, Purchase order copy of total order value not less than Rs.2.26 Lakhs in a Single purchase order and invoice copy/supply completion certificate issued from competent authority shall be furnished. The purchase order copy furnished shall be of the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22 2022-23,2023-24 ,2024-25 and the period up to the date of submission of bid). The work orders of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.

The bidders in the last five financial years(i.e.,2020-21,2021-22 2022-23, 2023-24& 2024-25) should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.4.52Lakhs. In proof, Annual report/turn over certificates duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished.Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.

The Bidders shall upload a copy of GST Registration certificate.

The Bidders shall upload BIDDER DETAILS ENCLOSED duly with seal and sign.

The agency should furnish details and complete specifications / make intended to supply for the above subject part-1 of the bid.
