Material and labour for glazed coloured designer ceramic tiles of size 300X450mmX7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, sub base etc 75mm thick, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable with Copper conductor unsheathed cable of size 2 x 6 sqmm drawn through in and including PVC Concealed with 1 x 6 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core for continuous earthing complete including PVC conduit 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note : Two run of single core PVC insulated cable with Copper conductor unsheathed cable of size 6.0 Sqmm and one run of 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core,one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single run)

Supply & Fix in repair sub main wiring of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable multistranded copper conductor with earth wire of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable multistranded copper conductor including PVC conduit pipe 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Two run of single core 4 sqmm cable and one run single core 4.0 sqmm cable for earth wire and including conduit pipe 25 mm dia shall measured as one length).

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel galvanised iron pipe light grade(ISI marked) 40 mm bore for passing of earth lead laid in trenches fixed to walls laid under floors,roads including all fittings i.e. MS clamps, nut & bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layrs not exc. 25cmin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and dpositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 5 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately). (ii) Thickness of 18 cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

Material and labour for bricks, common burnt clay building bricks,sub class 'B' designation 75 laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
