Excavation in foundation in odinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge upto a distance of 30Mfrom the foundation trenches.

Disposal of earth up to 8.00 Km from site including etc. all complete work.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cast Cement concrete door sills, chaukhats, boundary posts shelves and similar small work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B. W. G.G.I., binding wire, moulds, all materials labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

Supply & Laying, spreading and compacting 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1504.
