Jeypore-Malkangiri New BG Railway Line: Design & Construction of New BG Railway line from Km 69.60 to Km 125.18 involving Earthwork in Formation , Embankment/Cutting, Blanketing, Side Drains, Catch Water Drains, Minor Bridges, Major Bridge, Road Under Bridge (RUBs), Road Over Bridge (ROB's), Protection Works, P.Way Track Works with Contractor's own materials(except New/SH Rails) construction of Platforms, Station Buildings, Service Buildings, SP/SSP buildings and Residential Buildings, Water Supply, indoor and outdoor electrification, Provision of 1x25 KV Conventional type OHE, Provision of 2 Nos. TSS, 1 No SP, Construction of new Sub-stations, Electrification of station building, Circulating areas, FOBs, PFs, Quarters, Goomties, Modification/Conversion to Underground for overhaed electrical HT/LT power line crossings etc. on EPC Basis in Rayagada Division of East Coast Railway.

The Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth (the "Financial Capacity") of Rs. Rs.49.48 crore (Rupees Forty-nine Crore Forty-Eight Lakh only) at the close of the preceding Financial Year . (Cl. 2.2.2.2 of RFP Document)

Defination of Similar Work :- Earthwork in formation in bank/cutting and construction of Bridges.

In case, submission of Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, or Account Payee Demand Draft, or Fixed Deposit Receipt, or Banker's Cheque, or e- payment Gateway of Authority, following shall be ensured: i.A scanned copy of (Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Banker's Cheque/ e- payment Gateway of Authority/ Bank Guarantee Bond) along with all other relevant documents as specified in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.1) shall be uploaded on e-Procurement Portal (IREPS) while applying to the tender. ii.The original (Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Banker's Cheque/ e- payment Gateway of Authority/ Bank Guarantee Bond) along with all other relevant documents specified in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.2) should be delivered in person to the official nominated as indicated in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.4) within the stipulated time (Cl. 1.3 of RFP document)

Whether DSC is in the name of Authorised Signatory as per Appendix-II or Appendix-III ? (It should be in the Corporate Capacity). Refer Cl. 2.14.1.1 of RFP document.

In case of JV, whether it is Registered in the e tender portal i.e www.ireps.gov.in and the registration is valid as on the date of submission of bid ? (Refer Cl. 2.14.1.2) of RFP document.
