Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(for pipes & pits) in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming / dressing of sides and bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering including complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. in Foundation and plinths

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement: 4sand:8 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: in Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying cement conc. 1:3:6(1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cosot of form work and reinforcement of RCC work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 m.m thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 m.m so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced conc.and plain conc.work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like

Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts

Edge of slab and break in floor and walls under 200cm. Thickness within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement conc 1: 1½ :3 (1cement:1:1½ sand :3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing com-plete excludidng cosot of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in:-

Foundation,footing basis of columns & the likeand mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 Mtrs. hick including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course from top of foundation upto floor two levels.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work i/c cutting,hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint :-In grating, framed ,guards, bars, ladders, railing,brackets & similar works with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge

Providing and laying cement conc. 1:2:4(1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cosot of form work and reinforcement of RCC work in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

In suspended floor roofs landing shalves & their support balconies,beams, girders bressumers cantilevers upto floor two level

Providing and laying No fine concrete in 1:4 (1cement: 4stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete with weep hole or pores etc. curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened cleaned and washed as per specified in all respectas per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Bottom Layer: Broken stone 50mm to 75mm

10 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Random rubble masonary/Polygonal rubble masonary (coursed or brought to courses with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand)as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

C/O Dry rubble masonry in breast wall/ retaining wall, and revetment walls and parapet wall etc. including all leads and lifts

Boulder filling behind retaining wall/crate wall as per the satisfaction and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of 1.80 Mtrs. high fencing with 2.50Mtrs.angle iron posts 2.5 Mtrs.centre to centre with nine horizontal line and two diagonals of galvanized steel barbed wire (IS: 278-1962 Type-I) weighting 9.38 Kg./ per 100Mtrs.strained fixed to posts with G.I. staples, i/c painting of posts complete cost of post, struts, and storing bolts shall be paid for separately i/c in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer In-charge .

Providing and fixing of fencing post 2.50 Mtrs. long made of 50x50x 6mm MS. angle and section having eleven holes at equal spacing for barbed wire. Fencing post should be welded with 20 Cm. long 40x40x6mm hold fast. The angle should be painted with red oxide paint and in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer In- charge

Laying of G.M.S tubes for ventilation pipe / over flow pipe 32mm including all fittings as per site requirment as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Gun matel wheel valve with wheel 32 mm nominal bore ncluding all fittings as per site requirment as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixiing Man Hole cover with frame of M.S sheet and angle size 45X45X5 mm (weight of manhole not less than 35kg ). Including welding and cutting charges. in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer In- charge

Providing and fixiing Man Hole cover with frame of M.S sheet and angle size 60X60X5 mm (weight of manhole not less than 35kg ). Including welding and cutting charges. in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer In- charge

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel screwed and socketed pipes of following diameter and class, tube fittings in trenches i/c carriage of pipes from Sub-Divisional Store to site of work,(Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge: (LR):
