SPECIAL REPAIR TO DRAIN PATH CULVERT AND PLINTH PROTECTION OF HKC ACCN IN ARMY WAR COLLEGE UNDER GE AWC MHOW

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a) Picking, cleaning, sorting out etc. small articles such as wall ties, clamps, holding down bolts etc. not exceeding 3 kg each, which come out as a result of demolition. Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 400 m to 500 m, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination (b) Temporary shoring for the safety of portions not required to be pulled down, or of adjoining property, and providing temporary enclosures or partitions, where considered necessary by EIC. (c) Taking all necessary precautions for the protection of the public property and to keep down dust nuisance etc. (d) Any necessary disconnection of services, whether temporary or permanent as directed by EIC; any making good shall be measured separately. (e) No payments shall be made for any extra lead, when with the approval of the G.E., the unserviceable materials are removed by the Contractor for his own use, nor will any deduction be made for any value, they may have. (f) All coping’s, corbels, cornices and other projections shall be included with the wall measurements. (g) The rates include taking down walls, etc, with plaster but the measurements will be exclusive of plaster thickness. In case of pavings and floors the rates include for removal of bedding layer. (h) Honeycomb brickwork and hollow concrete blocks shall be measured solid.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-25 for Walls (Drain Vertical walls), retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-25 Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs (drain base slab), under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-25 Slabs (Culvert Slabs) supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Steel plate stiffened with steel angles, steel pipe scaffolding (telescopic or otherwise) Formwork to faces of walls (Drain vertical walls), retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter (flat) fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Steel plate stiffened with steel angles, steel pipe scaffolding (telescopic or otherwise) Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work (bases of drain slabs); vertical or to batter (flat) fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Steel plate stiffened with steel angles, steel pipe scaffolding (telescopic or otherwise) Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (flat) fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

S & F of Precast SFRC Perforated Drain cover including frame of circular or rectangular shape (required as per site condition), load capacity MD-10 (Grade of concrete M-20) or higher grade of concrete conforming to IS 12592:2002 as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank, soak well, drain covers etc set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces including demolition of old drain cover in all respect complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall provide PV alongwith manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover. (ii) Reinforcement shall not be measured and paid seperately

M&L Mild Steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The rates include for fixing and for bracing, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it. Rates also include for straightening where reinforcement is supplied in rolls/coils.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as speified and directed. Note :- (a) The rates include for fixing and for bracing, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it. Rates also include for straightening where reinforcement is supplied in rolls/coils.
