Repair & routine maintenacne of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lifts 08 passenger (544 Kg) capacity power operated door simplex collective control system to serv G+12 upper floors including repair / replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing. bushes all typers of shoes, handers, door rope, door cards, door locks, control cards and its contacts control connector / links, hall push buttons and its spears, rewinding of motors, replacement / tapping of gear oil, welding for any cracks / broken MS items / parts, repair/ replacement of door safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact shaft limit switches, repair / maintenance VVF drive and auto rescue device repair door drive, COP buttons, car position indicator, car door sills and landing door sills, hooter / bell firmen switch, intercom, cabin fan, cabin light, false ceiling. LED light etc, repair / new fix of broken granite cladding if any with edge chamfered / rounded match with existing with cement by mortor (1:4) complete dewatering of lift well in case of any emergency arises for safe and smooth operation of lift as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All as per item No 1 above goods lifts (2000 Kgs) in Archana building (G+15 upper floor) 1 No lift at Nofra

Note : - (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only (ii) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its fucntions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (iii) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (iv) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (v) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (vi) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. (vii) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material (viii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (x) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of maharashtra for maintenace & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector.

Dismentling and taking out defective ARD system UPS, APC make 2 KW capacity single phase working on 230 volts AC as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective 3D infra red door sensor of any type and make and supply and fix new 3D infra red door sensor of (make : T L JOHNE) up to full length of car door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. In certain lift at Nofra

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable landing push button and S&F landing push button complete new LED indicator and button for eperation suitable serial communication system all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking out unserviceable travelling cabel from hoist way, supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insualated 16 core flat type with stranded copper conductor 100 volts graded of size 0.75 Sqmm confirming to relevant IS in and including thickness suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper froor including necessary connection with mid way junction other connections required in circuts complete all as specified and directed at J block (east) K block. Make :- Rolliflex / Altocab or as approved by GE.

Disconnecting and taking out governer steel wire rope after disconneting from car cabin supply and fix in steel rope 8mm dia ungalvanised 8/9 construction in and including necessary connection with machine room and shaft pit complete with clamp nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at Nofra

Supply and Fixing in replacement of existing control system to New Controller based on full collective control panel for trouble free efficiency and longer lift to the lift of 2000 KG Goods G+13 14 landing installed at Archana Building complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of existing Main drive to the 2000 KG goods lift G+ 13 14 landing installed at Archana Building complete all as specified and directed.
