For the purpose of the above requirement:
(i) OPRMC Contracts shall be considered as substantially c
ompleted if the Contractor has completed 100% of Minor Imp
rovement Works feasible, 100% of Initial Rectification Works
feasible and 100% of Periodic Maintenance Works feasible.
(ii) all other types of Contracts shall be considered as substa
ntially completed if the Contractor has completed 90% of the
Value of Works.")

including those listed in Contractor?s Equipment. Duly suppo
rted with equipment planning and deployment, showing with
broad calculations justifying the bidder?s capability for the ex
ecution and completion of the work as per the technical specif
ications and within the periods of completion as per the stipul
ated milestones."
• Project Specific Information "The Bidder shall provide the sta
tements in respect to the following information:
(a) Proposed methodology for undertaking Ordinary Mainte
nance (OM), Initial Rectification (IR), Periodic Maintenance i
ncluding re-application of Road Marking (PM) and Minor Im
provement including Strengthening (MI), and identification of
road sections that major activities shall be applied.
(b) Details of safety, traffic, environmental management asp
ects to be adopted by the Bidder. ?As per the Checklist provid
ed in Form OM-14 of
Technical Specifications.?
(c) Bidder?s experience in managing testing of work.
(d) Statement indicating whether: i the Bidder accepts the Sample Quality Plan and if so, tha
t the Bidder will provide an updated Quality Plan within the ti
me frame stated in Clause 14.1 of Section 5A, if awarded the
Contract; or
ii the Bidder does not accept the Sample Quality Plan, in w
hich case the Bidder will be required to provide its own Qualit
y Plan in accordance with and within the time frame stated in
14.1 of Section 5A, and which as a minimum, includes the sa
me level of detail as the Sample Quality Plan and explains the
purpose, application, responsibilities and requirements to und
ertake works in accordance with the intent of the Contract, the
general provisions for the occupational health and safety of e
mployees and the public, environmental management require
ments and the Statutory Laws of India Statement in respect to
the Quality Plan.
(e) All Bidders shall provide with their Bid a preliminary de
scription of the proposed work method and program and resou
rce schedules, including drawings and charts, as necessary."

The Bidder must demonstrate that it has the personnel for the key positions that meet the following requirements. The Bidder should provide the details of the proposed personnel and their experience record using the Forms PER-1 and PER-2 of Section 4, Bidding Forms supported by the experience certificates duly countersigned by the respective clients.
The Bidder shall own at least One Hot Mix Plant (40-60 tonne/hour Capacity) not more than 15 years age. The Bidder must demonstrate & submit the supportive documents that it has or has access to (own/lease/hire etc. and to be procured) the key equipment (machinery) listed as under:

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during tria length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.
Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 as per actual Design Mix, possessing 28 days minimum compressive strength of 40 (Forty) Mpa and 28 days minimum flexural strength of 4.5 (Four point five) MPa, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing
Construction of RCC railing of M30 Grade in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.) for Grading II ( 10 mm nominal size) etc. all complete job as per direction of E/I including all taxes and cess.
