CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES AND MANHOLES AND REPAIR TO EXISTING SEWER LINES OF MAIN HOSPITAL BLDG P-100 AND P-125 AT AHRR UNDER GE E/M RR HOSP. DELHI CANTT-10

M & L for cleaning and clearing of underground sewage lines up to 300mm bore (including manholes by taking off manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning) of any depth by removing any type of blockage including desilting and de-chocking with combine high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes complete with required manpower and consumables (sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land) as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of EWC, IWC, WHB, floor trap, Sink, Nahani traps including roding CI pipes after opening the oval access door of CI bend, CI branch pieces, soil waste pipe etc by mannual and plaing the existing oval access door in original position incl removing the rubbish / sludge out side, rodding, using wire, vaccume section as suitable and removal of waste at distance 1 km and above and depositing of the waste in a pit burried and covered with earth and refix in same position of gratings with white cement/cement all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning flushing of chocked and desilting of out door sewage lines n. exc 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto 3 mtr. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction - cum- jetting machines fitted with pump of required requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and with any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Desluding of existing manholes of depth n. exc 1.0 m .The cleaning shall be carried out mechanically and sludge cleared from each manhole to be stacked near each manhole. Desludging involves removal of manhole covers, taking out accumulated sludge from bottom of manhole, clearing of any blockage between two manholes and replacing the manhole covers in position. Stacked volume of sludge to be cleared from site immediately after clearance of manhole clearing from MES reps. The volume of sludge cleaned has to be disposed to the authorised disposal site outside the MoD land at any distance . Any delay in clearance of stacked sludge shall lead to penalty of Rs.1000/- per manhole per day. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for cleaning and removal of deposited debris and foreign materials in shafts at ground floors including removing drain/manhole covers and re-fixing the same.The debris to be disposed outside hospital premises at authorised disposal site.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, granite platform etc, complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar 1 : 6 straight or curved exc 6 m mean radius by using new sub class "B" old size brick etc, complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar 1 : 6 straight or curved exc 6 m mean radius but using old brick obtained from demolition (i.e. except bricks), complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering in 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) using integral water proofing compound, complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking 300 mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as directed.
