Removing of unserviceable fender, and connected assessories from jetty as per site condition complete all and directed by the Engr-in- Charge. Old unserviceable fender will be deposited to user store.
Supply and fixing SQUARE D FENDER of 300mm X 300mm and inner " D" 125 mm X125 mm and upto length 4000mm long (as per drawing), the fender is to be the homogeneous black colour and as per site requirement and with all properties as per relevant IS code IS-13848 -1993 and fixed in front of Concrete surface on the sea face of jetty wall with 3 numbers M30 SS 316 bolts per meter of length 300 mm. The fender shall be fixed with a MS galvanized flat Iron of size 100mmx12mm covering the full length both side of the fender complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The property of rubber shall be as follows :- Deflection- 50%, reaction force-34.8 Ton/Meter, Energy absorption 3 ton-M per meter with a tolerance of -+10%. Before aging. Tensile strength shall not be less than 17 MPA, Elongation shall not be less than 360% as per ASTM D412, Hardness Max 70° + 5 degree, shore 'A' as per ASTM D2240. After aging at 96 hours at 70 (degree) : The tensile strength shall not be less than 80%, Elongation shall not be less than 80% as per ASTM D 573 HARDNESS + 8 degree shore A as per ASTM D 573, Tear strength shall not be less than 70KN/M, Compression set at 70° C for 24 hours 25% maximum - as ASTM D 395, Abrasion Resistance Maximum 1.5CC as per IS3400 PART III and Ozone resistance- No cracks as ASTM D 1171.Complete test reports shall be submitted to the accepting officer through GE for approvals. Necessary factory inspection from a rep of accepting officer shall be carried out during manufacturing process, shall be arranged by the contractor . Cost for testing and factory inspection arrangements shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- IRM offshore and Marine Engineers Pvt Ltd / Lion Rubber Industries Pvt Ltd./ High Tech Elastomers Ltd/ Brahans Polymer Pvt Ltd Note :- The item rate shall also include the cost of SS M30 SS 316 bolt, Nuts and chemical for fixing the bolt as recommended and supplied by the manufacturer of rubber fender. Necessary arrangement of scaffolding, grouting of bolts as required and applicable is deemed to be included in item however necessary bolts, plate, chain, flat bar, shackle except hilti epoxy resin etc will be paid seperately. Any other left over details shall be as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply and fixing HDG (hot dipped galvanized) shackles, nut bolts,U Anchor, flat bar, and other assessories required for fixing of fender complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and applying microconcrete of Dr Fixit, Sunanda, chemestik or Fosrok as approved by GE, around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts/scaffolding, shuttering all as required as per site condition and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.
Material and labour for Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down cement plaster on brick/Concrete surface built in cement mortar including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).
Material & labour for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cemet mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Fosroc/Krishnaconchem or polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. Also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Formwork to sides of pillars posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectanguar or polygonal.
Removal of excavated material and demolised concrete to a distance exc. 25 Km & depositing where directed. Each load not less than 6 Cum.
Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B- I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete as a leveling course on roof surfaces and coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 40mm thick polymer plaster (1:5:15, cement, sand, polymer) and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed. Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately) Make- Dr Fixit, Sunanda, chemestik or Fosrok as approved by GE
