REPAIR / MAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF DB, MCBS, LED, MCCBS, CONVERSION OF CONVENTIONAL LIGHTS INTO ENERGY SAVING LED LIGHTS, FANS, ENERGY METERS, VOLTAGE STABILIZER, SOLAR WATER HEATER AND GEYSERS AT 2N DET VELLACHI UNDE

Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) including old unserviceable fixture and fittings complete etc removing the materials for taking credit and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable submain wiring with aluminum conductor cable 4/6/10/16 Sqmm in PVC conduit complete removing the materials and taken as credit and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor etc.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLS drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia,concealed FRLS wiring, along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof excluding Modular Metal flush box and white cover plate with frame the switches, sockets, fan regulator etc as required suitable for Modular type fitting /fixture etc witch shall be measured and paid separately all as specified and directed for :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one regulator / switch.

(c)One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on independent board.

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on Same Board.

(e) One light point controlled by two Nos of two way switches.

(f) One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but with 2.5 sqmm cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 sqmm cable as earthing conductor.

Supply and fix Modular switch flush type single pole one way 6 A 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable switches.

Supply and fix Modular switch flush type single pole two way 6 A 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable switches.

Supply and fix switch Socket combination 2 in 1, 6 Amps Flush type 3 module 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 10 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conducotr FRLS cable and one run of 10 sqmm copper FRLS cable as earth lead in suitanle PVC conduit all as specified.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclousers with socket plug top and MCB SPN 20A, 240 volts, with a two pin and earth plug socket complete with one single MCB 20 Amps, 240 volts (for AC ) including taking down old unserviceable old unserviceable Sheet metal enclousers with socket plug top complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB three pole 415 volts 50 Hz , 63 amps, with rupturing capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable MCCB for taking into credit complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . .(Make : Havells/ABB/Standard/Legrand)

Supply and fix in repair Isolator TPN 40 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Isolator TPN 63 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only condenser 2.5 MFD complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Usha/Keltran/uptran)

Removing the damaged and corroded exhaust fan louvers and replace with new louvers of size up to 300mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective storage water heater of any capacity from buildings after disconnecting carefully water and electric connection, opening the bottom cover replacing the defective parts fixing the cover and refixing in original position reconnecting both water and electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- Replacement of spares will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply and Fix only new heating element of capacity 1.5KW/2KW with rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix only thermostat suitable for storage type water heater complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and only Air release valve 15mm dia suitable for geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix only Non return valve 15mm dia suitable for geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix only Apparatus plate assembly suitable to fix thermostate, heating elements as of geyser and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective unserviceable meter andSupply and fix electronic meters temper proofLCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 V, 10-60Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time,current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH , Note old defective meter will be deposited in MES store
