Roughing the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc.and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm.

Material & labour Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid in slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) by forced application with butane torch over entire roof area/ sunken floor with minimum overlaps of 100mm at the sides/ longitudinal edges of strips membrane and 150mm at the ends and sealed in, including bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg /Sqm and a tack coat of hot industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.6 kg per sq.m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm mm thick PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair including cutting grooves 10mm x 30mm deep at every 3.0m interval and filled with mastic filling comprising 1 part of mastic bitumen and 3 part of sand (all by weight ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid dark coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm to 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L Non skid dark Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic glazed dark shed coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and including 10mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces of well as in skirting/dado including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing including demilition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and screed complete all as specified & directed.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl demilition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and screed complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) above ground floor of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in sunken portion of slab using waterproofing compound as per manufacture instructions all as specified . Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separtely.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in filling, fdn and mass concrete in sunken floor including demolition of cement concrete.

M&L for plastering in patches n.exc 3.0 Sqm in each patch on other than fair faces of walls surface etc and rendering 15mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:4, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound including taking down of cement plaster raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered/un plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s UG cable 50Sqmm for service connection from pole to building complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ floor/ road/ ducts, fixed on wall/ pole/through pipe. Note: Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Srl item No 125 above but 150 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L sand cushioning in trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers complete all as specified.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase 230V of size 300mm sweep with blades and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling hole under the road with bocki / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting including excavation, returning filling in, spreading leveling, well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/ stones obtained from demolition of existing road, 7.5cm thick coarse aggregate obtained from demolition of existing WBM of road, watering and ramming, 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for road patch repair work, Section/ cross section area of cutting shall be as specified and as directed by Engineer -In Charge.

M&L GI tubing light grade for cable protection fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 80mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed. Note : Clamps, nuts and bolts will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for supplying, installing and commissioning of LT out dooor feeder pillar box double door type with neoprene rubber gasket, vermin/dust / weather proof, self ventilation on both side totally enclosed busbar, fully Comparted type front openable hinged independent door for each compartment with proper locking arrangement and common front and rear door openable with mild steel sliding door bolts 250 mm locking arrangement, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, 415 Volts, 50Hz properly welded and connecting the incoming/outgoing cable by providing cable glands and cable lugs complete all as specified and directed comprising of following accessories:-

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
