SCH 'A' PART XIII (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-XI.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fixing angle valve of cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed 15 mm bore (concealed) complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fixing wall mounted fan 400 mm sweep, high performance motor for better air delivery aerodynamically designed balance heavy duty PP blades, jerk free oscillation & smooth running, working on 240 volts AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 x 6 Sq mm + 1 x 6 Sq mm (nominal area) using single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable by drawing into concealed PVC conduit of adequate size and including non metallic heavy grade rigid PVC conduit ISI marked as per site requirement with all fittings such as tee, bends, reducer, elbow, bell mouth tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks erc. fixed properly on as in concealed position on wall/floor/ceiling/roof/trusses including cutting chasing & making good to disturbed surfaces & matching with existing colour of wall/floor etc. including PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED batten light fitting wall mounted type of capacity 20 watt, luminous efficiency > 100 Lm/Watt, CRI > 75, THD < 15%, PF > 0.95, colour temperature(k) 6500, with IP protection, compact batten, decorative mushroom profile LED lighting fixture with extruded aluminium channel environmental friendly, energy efficient & integrated electronic driver 230 volts, AC single phase, 50 Hz including all accessories prewired including making necessary electrical connection with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 0.50 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED batten light fitting wall mounted type of capacity 10 watt, luminous efficiency > 100 Lm/Watt, CRI > 75, THD < 15%, PF > 0.95, colour temperature(k) 6500, with IP protection, compact batten, decorative mushroom profile LED lighting fixture with extruded aluminium channel environmental friendly, energy efficient & integrated electronic driver 230 volts, AC single phase, 50 Hz including all accessories prewired including making necessary electrical connection with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 0.50 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fittings 25 watt, single phase, 230 volts, IP-66, cool white complete, fixing to building walls with the help of GI pipe bracket made out of light grade GI pipe of 25 mm bore 1.5 metre long complete with MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cost of GI pipe bracket shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing switch piano, flush type, double pole two way 6 Amps, 230 Volts AC complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD/PATH/HARDSTANDING

Supply and fixing solar stud aluminium alloy and PC construction, solar powered by mono crystal solar panel, Ni-Cd high capacity 1 No with viewing distance approx. 1000 metre LED 10 mm 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces with high brightness of red colour and backup upto 12 hours continuous lighting at night all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing speed bump made from heavy duty ABS, UV stabilized black and yellow combination, high reflective reflector 70 mm long 23 mm thickness available on both side in red or yellow colour, overall size of bump 250 mm long, 380 mm wide and 50 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 factory made type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone laid in required position and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

AREA DRAINAGE AND EXTERNAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slab, factory made with surrounded steel strip 1.25mm thick as per manufacturer's design, for drain set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

FENCING/COMPOUND WALL/GATE

Supply and fixing concertina coil/wire fencing with razor wire 600 mm internal dia and straining & fixing to RCC/steel/angle posts (nibs) including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing board or name words in brass or steel words as directed with fixing on granite wall or steel surface or brick wall including all necessary accessories, each word height minimum 30 cm and width 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel/plain sheet 3 mm thick welded to MS tube frame in any colour as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting of capacity 100 watt, working on 240 volts, 50 Hz AC supply with lumen efficiency of LED > 100 Lm/W, powered by electronic driver built in potted LED driver (SMPS bases constant current supply) with lower THD < 10%, PF > 0.95, output open/short circuit protection, phase to phase protection, over voltage protection, surge voltage protection upto 10 KV with SPD and other safety test as per IS 15855 Part-2/Sec 13, CISPR 15 with high efficiency polycarbonate UV stabilized cover with integrated lens to ensure asymmetrical batwng light distribution & housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy for housing (heat sink) for effective thermal management sturdiness, excellent corrosion, separate optical and gear compartment with IP 66 protection prewired upto connector including 4 Sq mm 3 core PVC insulated cable for making connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light fitting of capacity 120 watt, working on 240 volts, 50 Hz AC supply with lumen output minimum 15000 Lm, powered by electronic driver built in potted LED driver (SMPS bases constant current supply) with in built protection against high voltage surge, open circuit & short circuit, lower THD < 10%, PF > 0.95 and third party test report from NABL accredited laboratory of LM 75, LM 80 & housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy for housing (heat sink) for effective thermal management sturdiness, excellent corrosion, separate optical and gear compartment with IP 66 protection, prewired upto connector including 4 Sq mm 3 core PVC insulated cable for making connection on pole with clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 5 mm with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing new generation IP-65, 50 watt post top lantern fitting, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes upto 80 mm dia under road pavement, hard standing etc. by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique including providing pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Pipe for cable protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing double compression stainless steel gland for fixing armoured cable in panel of size 4 core 16 Sq mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing SMC junction box pole mounted, 100% weather proof, fire retardant complete with side hinged door of size 250 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm, made out of engineering plastic including 3 phase 4 wire aluminium bus bar of capacity 100 Amp of required size complete with bus bar insulator fibre/porcelain and one No single pole MCB 6 Amp, B curve & box fixed on pole with clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25x5 mm with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC wire 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated copper cable drawn through steel tubular pole from looping box to street light fitting terminal complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: 2 runs of wire, 1 run of earth continuity conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing AC 3 phase, 415 volts street light timer switch 5KW 3P, integrated model with SMC enclosure confirming to IP 54, having sensor contactor, incoming - outgoing MCBs enclosures with hinged lid etc. (sensor for Lux level based switching of out door/ semi- indoor lights) complete all as specified and as directed.

SITE CLEARANCE, EXCAVATION AND EARTHWORK FOR SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II TO PART-X

Removing excavated material (soil) to outside MD land and depositing at a place as per orders/directions of local authority complete all as specified and as directed.
