The top sheet shall be 0.5 mm thick , the thermal insulation shall be 50 mm thick with density of 24 kg / m3 , the bottom sheet shall be bare galvalume on top and colour coated at the bottom side. Proving and Fixing Galvalume Flashings at corners,gabble ends,ridges,gutters,valleys and trim fabricated from 0.5mm colur coated bare Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel sheets. The corrugations/profile shall match the profile of top roofing sheets.

Providing water proofing treatment over the new R.C.C. roofs terrace toilet by spreading cement slurry over the R.C.C. slab and laying of 10cms. Average laterite stone ballast coba with the necessary gradient for easy flow of rain water and the coba in covered with damp proof of Hindustan water proofing co. Or equivalent jointless water proofing plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 find sand), finished smooth with wooden trowel with false marking of 30 cms square. The vertical surface of the adjoining walls are to be treated upto a height of 30cms including rounding of junction (the rate includes for complete items including labour and materials and including cost of initial treatment of roof slab as follows. The injunction of damp proof or equivalent compound with cement solution will be given as and when found necessary for filling honey comb, cracks etc. in the R.C.C. slabs). Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of toilets consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto UPTO Floor level height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3mm deep.
