Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of electric supply at MRS, Rowriah, & Bhalukmara and to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the quotation documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded duly covering for superintendence, overheads and profit, during the period of 15 days or whatsoever after the date of acceptance of Quotation as per Job Order NOTES:- (a) Contribution towards Bonus, Contribution towards EPF and Contribution towards ESIC shall be payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of proof of payment by the L1 Bidder. (b) Accepting authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity of any item without assigning and reasons. Job order may be placed phase wise in date sequence without overlapping of phase(s.) The department reserve the right to close in subsequent phase(s) the complete job order after completion of any phase. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on account of non-placing of job order for next phase(s). Scope of work will include repair/as described in powerhouse/substation as under: - Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of 11 KV Substation of the electric supply system with minimum one Electrician (Skilled category of worker) at Rowriah. (Each shift of 08 Hrs, total 03 shift in a day) including Sunday & holidays complete all as specified and directed. (i) Immediate finding of fault wherever an OH/UG of LT/HT supply from Lichubari (Rhino Auditorium) to Bhalukmara (ASC Butchery) area as and when occurred. (ii) On indication of any type of fault/tripping of VCB/HT switch gear, the service provider shall be responsible to locate the fault and to intimate regarding the fault within reasonable time (not more than 2 hr). (iii) Providing and replacement of HT fuses. (iv) Providing safety rubber gloves, first aid kit (containing items like dressings(02 Sets)dettol/savlon-(02 nos),cotton, adhesive bandages(03 Sets) disposable gloves, antiseptic soaps etc) and safety belt to electrician / helper during working for rectification of fault / defect. (v) To keep area of Powerhouse/transformer surrounding, substation Bldg, toilet & surroundings of electrical eqpt neat and clean. (vi) All types of cleaning viz cleaning of HT/LT panels, warming up (de-moisturizing) of Bus bar chambers in HT Panels, tightening of connections in HT/LT Panels installed in powerhouse. (vii) The service provider shall comply with existing labour laws, IE rules, Factory act etc. in totality and deptt shall not be held responsible for any lapse.

All as per item no.1 above but with minimum one Mate (semi-skilled category of worker) in Rowriah substation (Each shift of 08 Hrs total 03 shift in a day) including Sundays & holidays complete all as directed. -
