Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work blasting work including where blasting is prohibited and chiselling/wedging out of rock etc. upto all lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(i) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Stone work ashlar punched (ordinary) in superstructure upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 white cement : 6 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels (i) Granite Stone

Providing wood work in trusses, purlins, rafters, posts, post plates, wall plates and the like wrought framed, hoisted and fixed in position complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position :(i) Rai wood including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 9 mm thick ply wood ceiling/lining with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cove fillets to be measured and paid for separately) inclding carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Plain Square edged cover fillets Beading 40x12mm thick in section includung fixing with necessary nails and screws etc. Complete(i) Hard wood

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
