Steel Reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position all complete (TMT bars of Fe500 Grade)

Filling of excavated earth and boulders inside the plinth with all lead s and lifts along with compactionand rammering all complete.

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade on new work with two or more coats with a base coat of white washing with lime

Wood work in frames of doors, windows, ventilators and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fasts of Imported wood

Providing/fixing of Panelled or Panelled & glazed shutters 35mm thick for doors, windows, celestory windows using with 4mm thick glass panes and ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges complete with screws (Imported wood)

Providing/fixing of MS Grill of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with MS flats sqaure or round bars with a priming of approved steel primer all complete

Painting with Synthetic enemal paint of approved brand and manufacture two or more coats.

Making Plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3Sand:6graded stone aggregates) with 20mm nominal size aggregates over 75mm thick boulders along with all compaction and rammering complete

Providing/Fixing of aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to requird colour or shade with nuts and scews complete (250x16mm)

40mm thick Cement Concrete Flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Coarse Sand:4 Aggregates) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curring complete.

Providing and laying 1st Class Ceramic Glazed Floor Tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(cement:coarse sand) i/c grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete (600x600mm)

Providing and fixing of Hand Rail of steel welded railing including primimg coat of standard quality as per the site Engineer

Providing and fixing of electrification with complete wiring and switches of standard quality as per the site Engineer

Carriage of Steel/Cement from source to site by mechanical transport or animal transport or by head load
