M & L for preparation of old painted surface of stones, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated or unplastered surfaces by brooming down and steel wire brushing , scrapping , down smoke soot, and greasy spot etc, and applying one coats of exterior emulsion paint on surfaces of walls/Floor surface as per directed by Eng-in charge.

M&L 50mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in path/ hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but including frame as per spd and direction of eng-in-charge

S&F in repair Stone railing having both side carving of approved design and pattern (Jali pattern) Type "B" using yellow Jaisalmer stone) all as for type "B' and Sketch 'A' shown on drawings No.SKETCH/DRG/GE/(AF)/J/01/2021suitable for flat surfaces containing 30-40cm wide, 10cm thick base stone fixed in existing floor after cutting 50mm deep groove of width equal to base stone width and fixed to existing floor using proper adhesive as per manufacture's instructions. The stone railing to be fixed in base stone in groove 50mm deep (groove to be cut in base stone also) using adhesive with drilling holes in base stone and jalli balusters using non corrosive dowel pins) the hole should be filled with non-shrink or a polymer modified thin set grouted mechanically. The stone jali / railings are to be anchored by drilling holes in stones & bottom edge of Jali units. The holes should be slightly larger than the diameter of non-corrosive dowel pin. The dowel pin to be set in base stone using epoxy resin or high strength non shrink grout. Once the pins are set lower the jali unit on to the pins and into the morter/ adhesive bed. The horizontal joint between the Jalis should also be secured using small pins to be used horizontally to connect to adjacent Jalis units or baluster embedded with epoxy. The joint should be filled with as weather resistant non shrink mortar or grout that matches the color of Jaisalmer stone match the natural texture of stone all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Measurement will be taken from top of base stone to bottom of newel cap and gross measurement with post will be taken for all carving areas for payment purpose. (ii) Rates are included base stone, newel post, stone railing with all suitable fixing arrangements in position as directed. (iii) Sketch-1 of required design enclosed for ready references. (iv) Design and colour of stone shown on sketch for reference only. The same shall be approved by GE before execution of work/order by contractor.

Raking out old, decayed cement mortar pointing to boulders, pitching, stone paving in horizontal/sloped surface and washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises etc all as directed.

M&L for flush pointing in CM 1:4 to boulders, pitching, stone paving in horizontal/sloped surface all as directed.

M&L removing damaged APP modified water proofing membrane and cleaning the surface by wire brush and water complete all as specified and directed

M & L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix ( 20 mm graded agg) in padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as followes: - (a) M&L for preparation of roof surfaces by brushing, cleaning and Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/Sqm (b) Applying a hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm (c) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kg/Sqm will be laid over applied bitumen. (d) Applying a tack coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and sand in confirming to Zone II in dry condition will be dusted over the bitumen @1.00 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over cleaned roof surface, as in grading to RCC roof surface,complete all as specified. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying fibre reinorcement elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflecivity index (SRI) upto 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 ltr/10 Sqm. One coat of self -priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid 500 microns) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make : CICO Thermoseal XL or equivalent in MYK arment , BASF,FOSROC.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over cleaned roof surface, as in grading to RCC roof surface,complete all as specified. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of PCC of any description not otherwise specially provided for complete all as spd and dir.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)complete all as specified and directed.
